CVS/pharmacy

Customer service here is lacking. Was refused a coupon to the passport photo service because it wasn’t «printed» out when it clearly said the bar code could be scanned or the numbers could be punched in. Get with it! This is 2015, no one has paper coupons anymore. We decided to go to Walgreens instead because they honored our electronic coupon. This location needs to realize that technology has advanced and people are trying to be environmentally conscious. Printing one stupid code that you could’ve just applied without needing a paper copy is not environmentally friendly FYI. Businesses need to advance with society and keep up with the technology, otherwise your business is going to fall to its competitors such as Walgreens which it just did in this instance. So good job!

The Pharmacy at this CVS has extremely slow service. Do not go to get your prescription refilled if you like to get in and out fast, also they do not have a drive thru which can be inconvenient for some.

I was looking for a freestanding CVS but instead this one is embedded into the shopping center. It surprised me but it was a nice change. The pharmacy was very helpful and nice.
