Technician installed a new windshield and proceeded to break it while re-​installing the rear view mirror. He had to leave to get another windshield and returned a few hours later and installed another windshield. During this process, the following things happened:
1. A large scratch was made on the roof which required the roof to be repainted
2. The black mastic used to set the windshield was smeared all over the interior cloth and exterior of the vehicle and somehow got on the brick of my home and in the grass (none of this was cleaned up by the technician).
3. Broken glass was left all over the interior of the car to which the technician told my wife that she should clean it up because it would take him too long.
4. when I took the vehicle in for an estimate to repair the scratch, I was told that in addition to all of the other problems, the windshield was installed incorrectly and should be replaced.
5. My vehicle is equipped with a rain sensor, and this is no longer functioning when it was working fine before this windshield work was done.
When I attempted to contact the company regarding all of this, they initially referred me to the technician. I gave him the estimate for the repair to the roof and the replacement windshield. The technician said the estimate was too high and that he installed the windshield correctly. I have not heard back from the technician since that time. Since then I have called the company numerous times only to be told that the person I need to speak to is not in the office and he will be back shortly. I never get any return phone call. I have submitted the same requests through the form on their web site and also never received a response.

I have to agree with Bill E. I was fortunate to call them BEFORE purchasing the groupon but it was the same story. They quoted $ 198 for the replacement but when I said that I was intending to use the groupon for $ 100 off they said it was $ 100 off the list price of $ 398 so I was better off not using the groupon. BAIT AND SWITCH!
