Service is terrible. Employees have zero social skills. Always out of the donuts I like. Will be going to a different Dunkin.

I usually don’t visit shops with such poor reviews. Since I’ve been enjoying Dunkin Donuts for so long AND the shop is five minutes from my doorstep, I had to try it. I had a coupon for a free beverage. I ordered the Vanilla Latte. I also purchased an «Old Fashioned» donut. Well, the drink was perfect, and the donut was fresh and tasty. Shop was clean. There is also a Baskin Robins here too. I will come back.

The only reason I’ll give two stars is for the hot chocolate. I moved from Chicago last year where there was a Dunkin down the block from us. The staff there knows us by name, and will even ask about my family. So needless to say I was counting down the days for this place to open. We have been a few times and it wasn’t as good as the one back home, but I will never give a bad review for newly opening business because I have been part of my families openings many times and know the stress of it all. Well we decided today we were buying our Christmas tree and as tradition we get a hot chocolate from DD ever year! Ya know, to make us feel like home. We went through the drive through, no other cars. Also parking lot was dead. Ordered a hot chocolate, coffee, and two donuts. When we pull around they proceed to tell us it’s going to be an additional dollar more so my fiancé says okay. Hey it happens maybe they forgot to add one donut on or rang the wrong thing. Nope, the man taking our order added a Diet Coke. So when the young lady goes to hand it to us, he says this isn’t ours. Then(I believe his name is William G as that was the name on the receipt) comes over and she tells him the Coke wasn’t ours so we need to be credited. All of a sudden he gets upset and yanks the card out of her hand. She said«you added the Coke that isn’t theirs» and then he begins to yell at her about somethings while we are just sitting there watching. Then he pushes a drink at her to give us and says it’s the dunkinchino(or what ever it is called, never ordered one in my life but I do know it’s hot chocolate and coffee mixed). So once again we say no, that isn’t ours so then he yells«HOTCHOCOLATE». He then only gives us a receipt for the voided transaction. Nothing else. So needless to say at this point I’m going to call corporate because one I’ve never yelled at one of my staff members EVER(weather in front of customers or not) two I’ve never yelled at my customers either. But wait, the joyous adventure isn’t over… Then we decided we will just eat the donuts real quick in the parking lot. My fiancés hot chocolate needed to be stirred some so he runs inside to go get one. Being that we have been to DD over 1K times at least in our lives he walks over to the condiment area to grab one. There aren’t any, so he walks over to the counter, and lucky him William walks up. He asked for the stir stick and William tells them they are over there. So my fiancé says no, I looked there isn’t any. So William goes to look— and surprise surprise there isn’t any there. He then goes well use a straw.(I’d like to say I’m surprised, but clearly this man lacks any customer service skills). All in all, my little piece of home… Is still at home! I will not support a location with(I’m going to take my best guess as say owner or management) a member of the team yelling at another member and then yelling at me(the customer).

First time going to this location. It’s nice and new, very clean inside. Despite being busy only had to wait one person in front of me to order. Donut people have that side down like a well oiled machine. The other side though where you get your coffee is a different story. Despite there being eight people on that side, half were standing around doing nothing, the others were doing the drive-thru. Finally a lady came to make all the coffee orders after a line of people formed waiting. They really just need to have the plain coffee self serve so people can get in and out of there.

It was my turn to pick up breakfast for the office so I stopped by here and was excited to give them a try. I wasn’t able to get any of the donuts my coworkers had asked for as they aren’t on the menu here. Opted for 2 blueberry donuts, 2 hazelnut coffees, and a plain glazed donut. No one was overly impressed with the donuts, but the coffee was good– a little on the sweet side, but good. The prices are really good though, so stopping by here instead of Starbucks is much preferred, and much faster.

I am giving them a two because I really like the Dunkin Donuts. I also am really excited that they have Baskin-Robbins attached. However each time I have gone they never have two flavors of ice cream and I have to still drive to the location on Stuebner Airline. The employees never have anything I’m looking for in the back. you would think as a business owner they would order more of the ice cream that’s needed to fulfill the demand. This is the fourth time I’ve walked into this location and they don’t have mint chocolate chip or chocolate almond ice cream. The only nice employee that’s been working at the location is a gentleman who’s a younger guy that works throughout the day. Sometimes the girls can come off rude and irritated when you ask questions. I will continue traveling to stuebner airline.

Brand new location. Friendly staff! Great iced coffees to go right through the drive through! Be sure to get the DD app on your phone for all kinds of cool perks. They have a variety of goodies on the menu as well as a Baskin Robbins attached.
