Horrible! Came in with a scheduled appointment with Tracy– and apparently she wasn’t even in the salon. Big negative for me when salons do this, defeats the whole purpose of scheduling appointments – might as well be a walk in. You would think because of the inconvenience they would provide me with a awesome refill and pedi. But NOPE! Lady doing my refill made it feel rushed and my nails came out lumpy and all different shapes! Mind you the salon wasn’t even busy– so I couldn’t even blame it on that. So bad! The only reason I even bothered with two stars is because pedi was decent. Won’t be coming back and DON’T recommend!

HORRIBLE. I went there Saturday. The lady doing my pedicure cut my big toe so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding, to add to it she did not wear gloves. Then she kept mixing my own blood into the nail polish. Then i went to get gel nail color on my fingers and the women was cutting my cuticles cut me on EVERYSINGLEFINGER, i now get to sport my nail color with a nice scab on every finger. Never again.

Stopped by because I had a gift card from this place to redeem. I had been to their other location on Rayford before but this location was a bit smaller although a lot nicer, cleaner and organized. I went early in the morning so I didn’t have to wait long without an appointment. The lady who helped me was Tracy and she was very nice, fast and efficient. I loved my mani! I was also allowed to get the $ 5 discount from Unilocal for checking in without any hassle :) Overall a good experience!

My nails are lumpy and really not worth the money I paid to get them done the shop is messy and dusty in the front I feel like the lady did a rush job and I was the only customer they had. I wouldn’t go there again.

I was not super impressed. My manicure was short and rushed. And, I was the only one in there. My pedicure was just ok. I’ll probably try a different salon next time.

I’m totally happy with the service today. Mani was done by Tina and pedi by Mary. These two are awesome at their job. I’d come back every time I’m in town. Thanks ladies :)

I’ve been to this place before and thought it was better last time. I was there today and felt it was unkept and the employees were rushed(granted it is a Saturday). The towels looked dingy and the chairs are torn/broken. Despite this, they did a pretty good job on my mani/pedi. Hopefully my gel manicure doesn’t chip right away like a couple if other places I’ve to. One MAJOR issue I had with this place is that they have a hard time honoring the Unilocal deal($ 10 for $ 20). I bought it a while back hoping I could use it that same day and they said it was for future use and for other people, not myself. I don’t live very close so I decided to go today to try and use it and again, they only let me use half($ 10) telling me it was a promotional deal and I couldn’t the whole voucher. It’s pretty annoying. They shouldn’t promote deals that are not easy to use or should at least give more details.

Unilocal hasn’t let me down yet! Just had a GREAT experience here! Pedicure has my feet feeling great! My husband is here for an interview. I’ve already found a nail salon if we relocate!

Been twice so far and both times I had good results. I hope I have finally found a nail place after 6 months of searching. I’ll post another review in two weeks when I return.

I never make an appointment and no matter how busy they may be, they get me in with hardly a wait. Free wi-fi ti customers, snacks, aroma therapy. .just what I need after a long hard week.

Generally go the Enails off Rayford, but decided to check their location on 2920 out this time. We went in for 2 pedicures and were greeted as soon as we walked in. It seemed a like a slow day for them, so lucky us there was no wait and we were quickly on our way to getting treated. Just like their other location, we were offered drinks and snacks, and got a heated pack for our neck/shoulders while their staff worked on us. Both staff members did a good job during the service, and the temperature of the water, hot stones, hot towels, and paraffin wax were all just right. Neither of us felt like the service was rushed either, and none of the staff tried to bully us into any additional services(you know, when they ask if you want your eyebrows waxed and you decline and then they give you a funny look or ask if you want something else waxed). Will definitely return.

Went to this place as I am new to the neighborhood… got a full set(pink /white) on Friday after work(not busy at all) and by Sunday all my nails were bubbling and lifting. I don’t think the money spent was worth it… Now I have to find another place to get my nails done.

From what it seems, this place is either a hit or miss and thankfully my experience was a HIT! Tracy is the owner and she is the one who did my manicure. I asked for a french manicure and she suggested shellac because it would last longer. The results looked great and my nails still look good going on my second week. I always get really nervous when other people cut my cuticles but Tracy was very fast and precise. I also got the full pedicure and it was very relaxing. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time so I was so busy talking with Tracy that I did not even notice when the other girl was done with my pedicure. They do all kinds of cool stuff like scrub/massage your legs and dip it in warm wax. I don’t get pedicures often so this is all foreign to me. If you come in knowing what you want, I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.

I love this place for pedi’s. I take my daughter with me and we have mommy and daughter time. This past week we were leaving for vacation so we stopped in. I got a shellac manicure and a pedi for me and the little one. The 1st time I got a shellac it was great. When the paint didnt go all the way to my cuticle like most polish she explained that when it grows out it will leave a bump from where the paint and cuticle meet. she told me it should not cover the whole nail up top. no problem. I loved the way it lasted. But this time I got a different lady and she did a horrible job. I kept telling her she went too high to the cuticle. She kept insisting it was ok. Well it wasn’t. 2 days later my nails started growing out and that bump is there and the paint peeled off in 2DAYS!!! The shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks but mine this time only lasted 2 days. When I’m spending $ 30 on the shellac and another $ 15 on a manicure it should be done correctly. I suggest the ladies should be given a how — to on how to PROPERLY do a shellac manicure!!!

I got a Deluxe pedicure $ 29(FYI: classic pedi $ 22). Susan did a great job giving me a massage on my legs but I could’ve used a little more scrubbing on my feet. Place is clean. When paying I did feel uncomfortable since I presented my Unilocal check-in and it said $ 5 off. Two Asian ladies began talking and then laughed(I can only imagine what they were laughing about).
