First time getting my eyebrows waxed. Veronica did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and pleasant conversation. She did a great job and also reapplied my eyebrow makeup after. I’m going for my follow up appointment and although it’s a far drive for me I will only go to this location.

I saw Chris today, this was my first time here at this business and I was very pleased! The girl in the front was very friendly and helpful. Chris made me feel very comfortable and helped distract me from the wax lol. Loved the wax they use no strips! As soon as I walked out the room I wasn’t even hurting! Extra like lol! Go see Chris she’s awesome I’m sure they all are.

Maybe, it’s just me. But I find it tacky that as you check out, they always ask if want to leave a tip. I’ve lived in Vegas and San Francisco. All the salons and even those Chinese operated foot spa places rampant in the Bay Area would not even ask if I was going to leave a tip.
The personnel are better than others. I have my underarm waxed, depending on who did the waxing, I’ll either find still some hair or just a few left.
After I finish my pass, I’ll skip renewing.

I have been going to EWC for over 3 years and this is my first and last time going to to this location. I recently moved to this are and this location is convenient for me, but I would rather drive out to the other locations that’s to go to this one again. I am so disappointed on the Brazilian wax I got. The waxer was nice and friendly, but I felt like I was her first customer, ever. She pulled on the wax super slow and it was so painful! Took longer than any other waxer ever has, and missed a lot of spots. Then she burned me with the wax. It’s been 2 days and my skin skill hurts. I will never go to this location again!

Michelle is the best. I am very picky about my eyebrows and she does them very well. I never have complaints; they get me in really fast and I’m always in and out.

I am a loyal customer of EWC now for over 2+ years. I have a Wax pass that I am considering cancel due to the way that I have been treated over the last few days.
I live almost 30 minutes away from the closet EWC location. There are several OTHER places I could go to have a wax that are closer to my home etc. However I like EWC.
I am rethinking this, as most recently. I went into the Spring store to purchase exfoliate.
I arrived one night at 7:58PM on 5÷12÷2015 — the store was already closed; the hours are until 8:00PM. I was told I could not purchase the exfoliate because the store was closed and the register had been closed. It was NOT 8:00; however, I was very understanding as it was close to closing time. But the store should have still been open, considering it was not 8:00 sharp — I digress.
Fast forward today — I made a second trip today on 5÷13÷15; I arrived at 3:00PM and the store said yet again I could not buy exfoliate because a meeting was being held. I did get exfoliate, but I think this shows MAD disrespect for my time, gas, and energy to get this exfoliate.
Please advise this matter ASAP!

Poor customer service — had an appoint for 11:30, walked in at 11:26 and the receptionist tells me I’m early. Seriously? At 11:33 she tells me that the girl I have an appt with is running about 10 minutes behind schedule. Expecting to be in the back by 11:40, I ask at 11:46 when I may be brought back and she tells me she doesn’t know. I told her I had to be somewhere in less than one hour and I would have to reschedule. Will never be returning to this location — one in vintage park is much better.

it is pricey but you get what you pay for

This place is way too pricey. Just getting an arms and legs wax will set you back more than $ 100. EWC use a hard purple wax which they peel directly off. It is supposed to hurt less but I didn’t think so. They take off such a large chunk of hair at one time that it becomes painful.
My waxer was very nice and professional but after getting home, I realized she missed a lot of spots on my legs. This place is definitely not worth it. I will find a less pricey alternative. Also they have a strict 9 minute late policy so if you’re going to be more than 9 minutes late, you will have to reschedule.
