Having gone for a routine exam in April I met Chantel Ashley who was very sweet. Altho I did make an appt to see Dr. smith, I was never told it would be with the nurse midwife instead. Worked out for the better at the time because I really liked her. However after that I never got a phone call with results I only knew because I went online and that aggravated me. Also I called two weeks ago for an appt and because I needed to be seen. still no call back! I am outraged as a medical professional. Luckily I found a doctor that is extremely caring and calls me with results the second he gets them and fits me in the second I have a medical concern. My advice is look elsewhere unless you like being ignored.

I love the office. Dr. Smith is very sweet, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Same goes for Chantel the midwife. they had always made me feel very comfortable. front office staff are always welcoming and sweet. back office girls are very sweet and knowledgeable to what they are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and staff who are looking for excellent service and wants to feel like they found home. you guys are awesome.

I wish I could give zero stars. This office REFUSED to answer medical questions about Plan B. I presume because they have a stance against it. As a patient, I do not go to my doctor for the agenda that they are pushing. I go for medical services. They would prefer to shame their patients rather than looking out for their well being. Women are not treated as they should. I was simply asking a question and cannot describe the amount of disrespect that was emitting from the staff here. We are supposed to feel safe, not judged by our doctors. Who are we to trust if not the people we are paying to keep us healthy? I’m extremely disappointed and saddened that this type of thinking and discrimination still exists on such a high level. Please find a different provider.

Although I decided that this practice wasn’t for me I do look back at the care I received form Nurse Midwife Chantal Ashley with gratitude. This review is just for her and not the clinic itself. She is wonderful and amazing. I came to the medical office back in June after becoming pregnant with our first baby. I never met the OB/​GYN for 4 months and only dealt with Nurse Chantal. She’s knowledgable and empathetic to the nerves of a newly pregnant mom.
I left the practice after a miscarriage scare when no one at the office was able to assist me or answer any questions over the weekend. The answering service was told to advise anyone suspected of an emergency to go to an emergency room. I wasn’t satisfied with her answer and the lack of care or follow up from the OB/​GYN. The final straw was when Dr Smith No-​showed for an appointment after that incident without notice. I showed to the appointment and found out she had taken a personal leave.
I cannot recommend Dr Smith’s services but if you’re not pregnant and need routine care. I would definitely see Nurse Chantal Ashley. Or perhaps you’ll have better luck than I did.

I was in search of a new ob/​gyn since my yearly exam was around the corner. Doctor Smith had many great reviews online and I decided to schedule my yearly women’s exam with her. The telephone receptionist was very polite every time I called. Once the day came, I was impressed with the appearance of the office. Very clean and organized. The waiting area is pretty small though and I can’t picture it being very comfortable with a lot of women in the sitting area. When I went in before noon I was the only patient in the waiting area. I was greeted by the friendly front desk receptionist. The office manager and front desk rep were very friendly and even commented on how great I looked on my driver’s license picture lol. I am not a big talker so I just grinned. Then I was escorted to the exam room by the nurse. She asked questions and was also very professional. Then Dr. Smith can in minutes later. She introduced herself and asked me questions. She was gentle and quick. I like a doctor who is quick yet efficient. I was in and out quickly. Then she walked me out to the back to get my blood work done. The nurse quickly was able to get a vein since apparently all the nurses that I have ever came across too attempted to do it more than once. That is a plus in my book. A week later I was called in for referral to a GI specialist because of my test results. They kindly recommend me to a nearby Doctor but I kindly choose my preferred specialist. Overall, I had a great experience here.
