It’s tempting to shop on Market Street especially after work, but I always finding myself spending less than 15 – 20 minutes in the store. I’m never greeted or acknowledged. But it’s just not this location it’s also at other locations. Customer service is definitely nothing to brag about and the clothes selections are okay. I couldn’t even bring myself to buy something even though they had a BOGO promotion today.

I love Francesca’s it’s one of my favorite boutique’s. I can always count on finding a cute top, accessories or candle for myself or as a gift. The best thing about Francesca’s is they sell the Volcano scented candles which are my favorite. They’re signature cologne smells sweet and fresh and perfect for an everyday fragrance. They’re costume jewelry is always trendy and fashionable.
On my last visit I found some upscale designer necklaces and picked one up with my name on it, «MOMMY» all in little crystals. I loved it.
Friendly service, I’ll be back.

I went in there the other day while 4 of the workers were chit chatting the whole time I was in there being loud and laughing at each other… Not once did I get greeted or even talked to. Didn’t make me want to buy anything that’s for sure ! Get some customer service! I work in retail and I would never ever do that!
