The GM Stephen was rude to my family when we informed him we received a wrong item. Later we discovered they charged us wrong and he argued that we ordered the item he charged us for. I’ve worked in customer service for years and was highly surprised how a GM would choose to treat customers. Additionally the men’s restroom had no soap or hand sanitizer!

Came in for dinner with the family. Got a regular burger, a salad for the wife and grilled cheese for the kids. Food came out quick and cooked as requested(wife got her salad dressing on the side) and it came out on the side as requested. Kids enjoyed the grill cheese and fries. They have a nice covered area outside the main eating area which was nice and quiet. Table was for six which was nice to sit with 2 young kids and all their extra baggage they require. Would recommend as a local burger joint, can’t ask for more.

Maybe not an «enhanced dining experience,» but far better than the rest of the fast-food burger joints. Although we enjoyed the food, the best reason to eat at this Fuddruckers is the pleasant staff. Crescendo is all smiles and helpful. Enjoy!

I love Fudd burgers. I love that there is normally a dependable level of quality of food and service. And the hot cheese! Yum. However, the Louetta location was not on their game today. I usually order a 1⁄3 pound combo to go. And I like my burger medium. Today I get my burger home to discover it is more rare than I’m willing to eat. Fuddruckers, you’re better than this.

My better half and I thought long and hard on where to go eat for our last meal(before our 28-day meal challenge), and I wanted a really good burger so here we came. We can always count on Fuddruckers for a delicious meal, and this location was no different. It is a smaller build-out in comparison to other locations — there is not a bakery area. I usually order a 1/3# burger, but I noticed the«Manager’s Special» — a ½# burger, fries, and soft drink and ordered this one instead. In my opinion the meat patty was especially thin so it was more buns than patty that I ate. I still enjoyed it though — the sweet potato fries were two thumbs up! I will stick with my 1⁄3 burger next time!

Great food, great service, great for kiddo. I love this place. They support our schools and other community events through fundraisers. What’s not to like?

I had a terrible experience here last night. I have always loved Fuddrucker’s as I am a vegetarian and it is always awesome to find a burger place that serves a decent veggie burger. However the management at this location just lost his location mine and my family’s repeat business forever. When we arrived, the manager, while helping another customer saw me pick up a beer and yelled loudly that the 14 year old better put down the beer, and rushed over to check my id. He then proceeded to claim there was no way I was of age, and asked my sister condescendingly who is close to my age if she was 12. He then proceeded to tell her that he hated my ear gauges and hoped that she didn’t follow the bad example I was setting for her, as if this was some type of hilarious joke. My mother has a disability and he seemed oblivious to this fact and kept belittling us yelling loud enough for people to stare at us that we were taking incredibly long, and when my mother began to order he told her she had set the all time record for longest order in the store. I could not believe that this grown man who was general manager of a store could be so oblivious and hurtful. I can guarantee I will never be returning to this store again.

Wanting a burger at a nearby local business, but not wanting to wait in the super long line, I decided to give Fuddrucker’s a try. This location is a bit smaller than others I have been in, but there’s also a large outdoor patio. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Sort of like a rock n roll café. Lots of burger choices and toppings. Of course there’s the toppings bar and hot cheese. I chose the bacon cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms, wedge fries, and a chocolate malt. It was a solid burger. I think a better bun would have taken it to the next level, but was okay. The wedge fries were tasty, especially dipped in the jalapeño cheese. The malt was a little disappointing. It didn’t really have a very chocolaty or malty taste. There was quite a few people there for a Monday evening, but I think the burgers were overpriced for the quality.
Went to this location a while back. I rarely go to Fuddruckers, but I remember being a little kid and going to a location on 1960(that has long since closed). Burgers are always great, and I like how you can manage all the condiments yourself. Always loved the liquid cheese dispensers… mmm… They didn’t have cookies at this location, I don’t know if they ever managed to get that added. Prices are a little high compared to a fast food burger, but I like to think of it as a little splurge somewhere better than those but not quite going all-out crazy for the super high-end gourmet burger places. The restaurant was very clean, the people were friendly, and even the manager was going around talking to people.
