I have to agree with the reviewer Mark. Their customer service is nice but they do not stand behind their work and I’ll forgo the AAA discount to have quality work done. I started doing most of the work on my vehicles myself because at least I know that it is done right. It is hard to find a good shop where you can drive away feeling like you have someone working on your car that cares about your safety and others on the road. I don’t mind paying but give me the peace of mind that the job was done good with someone that truly stands behind their work.

Got my car serviced here as it needed a bit of work to the front end, and belts, etc. The service is superb. Never met a nicer person, however the quality of the work is questionable. I had to return after having my front end suspension worked on(struts, control arms) to have the brakes readjusted after they were squealing obnoxiously. Next was replacing all belts. As soon as I drove off, the serpentine belt was squealing because it was not tightened enough. Had my oil changed and it was overfilled by 1 ½ quarts and had to drain it out myself. Customer service is wonderful, but I’m paying to have the job done right and it was 3 strikes too many.
