Happy Hopper Moonwalks

We’ve rented from them two years in a row now. Price was great, they are on time, and very friendly. When they picked the bouncy house up, my 7 year old son already asked them to bring it back next year.

I rented the Little Mermaid moonwalk and I was very impressed. First off, he emailed me a quote the same day I requested it. I was very surprised at how cheap it was and for how long I was able to keep it! I did my homework and found his price was unbeatable. We scheduled for a Saturday at 2:00 and he was there at 1:45, extremely prompt and courteous. When it was all set up I couldn’t believe my eyes! It looked brand new, the colors were gorgeous.
During the party, apparently my kids got a little crazy with the silly string and it being night time when the moonwalk was picked up, we didn’t notice that it had gotten inside. The owner called my husband the following Monday and told us about it and said it was going to be an extra $ 50 for clean up. Which was fine, it WAS our fault… well, my kid’s fault. But, I was completely okay with paying this fee. However, he decided to waive this fee. What? Yeah, I couldn’t believe it either. I was completely floored… awesome customer service and gorgeous moonwalks. I will definitely rent from him again and definitely recommend him to others!
