I contacted Hawk Eye because their salesman Kelvin sold us an ADT security system under the pretense that he would pay the first two months… well we got the system in January which is the ADT Pulse system which doesn’t even fully work because you can not arm it by using your cell phone so basically I’m paying a higher rate for just a keypad… and Kelvin still has not come through on the two months that he said he would cover… it is now going into March! Do your homework and go with someone who follows through and doesn’t sell you something that doesn’t even work right!
