Went by there to take advantage of their Labor Day sale at 3:45(close at 5) on a Sunday and they were closed.

This was my very first experience with a Kid to Kid establishment, but NOT resale/consignment shops by any means. We brought 12 of the 17 bins that we had full to the BRIM with girls clothes from my two daughters. Husband and I just figured that by the time we had another and if it was a girl(we just had our first boy about five months ago), then we’d just buy new clothes and allow someone to enjoy and use the plethora that we used with our girls. Having said the above, we did show up a little bit later than planned in the day. So we totally understood that they would not have time to sort and price through all the bins we brought. That was not the problem– we ultimately ended up feeling that the staff was rather rude(maybe because we brought them a large order to price later in the day?) and even though I read through the website before I ever stepped through the front door, we were told that majority of the items we brought they could not buy because they were«older than five years.» In fact, the majority of them are less than five years old. I could understand things that were worn or stained not being able to buy, but again, the majority of what we brought is still in very good condition and not«unfashionable» at all. Of the three EXTREMELY full bins we brought in, they bought about half of one VERY small bin of their size. They took more pairs of shoes out of the fourth bin than they did of clothes. I don’t think we’ll be going back, sad to say. The independent resale shops that we’ve had experience with in the past are more with the time and effort and seem to appreciate what’s brought in to them more as well.

Rude staff. I’ve been here several times and waited in line for their grand re-opening. At first the staff was nice and helpful but now no one greets or helps you. In fact I’ve had minor incident that made me leave and not buy anything. My two-year-old son saw some toys on the side(kinda behind the counter) and walked back there and was playing with a car. The staff was rude and moved him and asked me to move him away from the counter because he was playing with their«donation pile» — I guess the car was to be donated and they didn’t want any kids to touch it. On another occasion after this incident I walked in alone(sans son) hoping to find something good and another kido walked on the side behind the counter(likely son had) and they said something to the mom and she removed her child. It’s just rude the way they handle this minor situation and I didn’t like them handling or speaking to my 2 year old like that. I don’t know if I’ll return, and if I do it won’t be any time soon. The Galleria location’s staff is nicer.

They have a really nice selection of clothes and other baby/kids items. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return to shop for my baby to be. My daughter loved the kids play area and it made it easier for me to shop.

this is probably the best place to buy or resale stuff in spring. the prices are good and the product is good. the staff is friendly and efficient. much better than the surly teenagers you get at Once Upon a Child. I love it and visit often

This newly re-opened consignment store has been updated and restocked with hundreds of kids’ clothes, toys, baby equipment and maternity items that are offered at much less than retail prices. I found dresses that were new with tags for under $ 10 and too many«pre-loved» name brand pieces in excellent condition to mention here. My two kids loved entering through the red kid size«door to more» and happily played in the kid zone while I shopped. The new owners and staff are super friendly and very relaxed about the kids test driving the toys. Save yourself the headache and leg work of a garage sale and simply trade your unwanted items for cash at Kid to Kid. Needless to say the kids and I are looking forward to going back regularly to purge outgrown items and to look for more great finds!
