Lane Bryant

The only reason I come to this store is because they have a better selection than the one by my house but every time I have to come here I get shit customer service. I was in the fitting room for over 30 minutes and I only had someone come check on me once and it was at the very end when I was trying on my last item. It was 2 employees who were putting new merchandise out. It’s like they had tunnel vision on that alone. One girl was a white brunette with black and coral colored glasses and the other had very tan skin with her hair pulled back in a low bun. Completely rude.

I’d give this store zero stars if I could. I’m a petite girl (and clearly I’m not shopping for myself) but I have friends who are plus size who love this store. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here the sales associates look at me with disgust. They either ignore me completely or stalk me as if I’m a potential shop lifter. Apparently if you aren’t shopping for yourself you shouldn’t enter here. Funny, considering I shop at men’s apparel stores and I never have a problem there.
The best part of my experiences here is when they try to sell me a credit card. Why the f*** would I want a card to this store when you treated me like s*** when I stepped foot inside?

Discovered while looking for a new sexy bra across the mall at Victoria’s Secret it and Lane Bryant are the same company! {Take that supermodels!} So when I was told that VS had none in my size but LB would and why I marched right on over!
I’ve shopped LB since my teens and they have actually in the last 5 years or so truly become a store to buy fashion and not just clothing for big/​fat girls It’s been a pleasing change I assure you
I have been amazed every visit at the selection of the clothing to lingerie
Employees are super helpful and willing to stay with you as long as it takes to find that just right outfit, look whatever
one of my favourite skirts I have ever owned I bought from this location 3 years ago for my sister in law’s wedding and I still wear it — it was made that well it hasn’t faded and hasn’t gone out of style

Lane Bryant is one of a plus sized girl’s best friends. As the years have gone on, their clothes have become more modern and up with the times. Someone who is anywhere from 18 – 55 can go to Lane Bryant and find something that pleases both their tastes.
I love the new (when I say new I mean in the last couple of years) store opened in The Woodlands mall I was thrilled! They have their main store and their cacique intimates store combined into one store of awesomeness. Their intimates store is the only place I buy my bras. It is hard to find cute, flirty lingerie in plus sizes that is not outrageously expensive. Be sure to hit the store during the sem-​annual sale, it’s a great time to stock up on cute panties!
