stay away. (client: me) –customer service yells at clients. –sales tells false stories and cannot back them up(‘oh: rci did this’)(‘there’s no record of that’) –my ownership has been suspended they expect you to do the work fr them to set up an ownership transfer of deed –they did not keep signed owner documents during the sales process –they’re going to open a credit card in your name, they are paid 100%, they’re dancing cause now you have to pay a credit card not them. i’d rater pay 3x maintenance fees than know i was a part of in&out shady business like leisure getaway –had to return to restaurant to sign notarizable documents they forgot in package 0 stars

Be careful. They keep charging on our credit card for items we do not want. We bought a timeshare from them, they sold us a bill of goods. Buyer beware.

This is some kind of marketing gimmick. It all starts with a mailer for free airfare + cruise… when you call in to see what it is about, they will ask you 6 «demographic» questions to decide if you qualify. If you don’t, they go no further, unless you ask the right questions and seem interested. It doesn’t take a degree in Marketing(which I happen to have) to figure out that their business model is flawed if I cannot elicit their services without going to their office to hear their presentation. No thanks Leisure Getaways, it seems every other discount travel company on the internet has you beat. Also, your phone sales reps could probably use a class in your comany’s history and offerings. I’m satisfied that I was able to keep the rep on the phone for 15min… right up until I told her I wasnt interested and was simply asking prodding questions to break down their model. thats when she hung up on me.
