LongHorn Steakhouse

My family and I had dinner here last night. It was awesome! My husband had a steak and I had the chicken avocado sandwich which were both amazing. Their desserts are great as well. James is an awesome waitor as well.

Mother’s Day lunch & the service & food were excellent! There was a slight mixup on two salads but the manager came out, apologized & comped both of them. Great customer service! I had the shrimp & grits & couldn’t have asked for better flavor. We had two appetizers — the shrimp & the stuffed mushrooms — both were delicious! All in all, it was a fabulous dining experience!

My boyfriend and I went here for date night, and we’re excited. We were greeted and sat quickly (even though the host was cleaning tables). Our server, Laural greeted us quickly and asked for our drink order and we got an app. The drinks were good, she even asked how my boyfriend’s drink was cause it was the first time she had made it. We order the parmesan crusted asparagus app. It was very good. That’s when it all when downhill.
Instead of a side, I upcharged to a cup of French onion soup. Normally the bread would be on top to stop the bread from getting soggy but instead it was like having small croutons that were just wet and mushy, gross, underneath with the onions and broth.
I ordered the T-​bone medium rare, it was really good, perfectly cooked, a little blue rare towards the bone but good.
On the other hand, my boyfriend ordered the Ribeye and it was nothing but fat and gristle. More than half of his steak. For a 12oz! Ridiculous!
It also took our server, Laural, 15 to 20 minutes to come back and check on our food so it was too late to complain. Then another 10 minutes to return with my second drink.
A group of servers were off the clock, hanging out by the bathrooms eating and our server was over there talking and just hanging out. My boyfriend also saw the hostess on her phone a lot at the host stand. There were maybe 3 or 4 tables, so it wasn’t crazy. But the amount of time it took to get something plus my boyfriend’s steak, we might consider coming back, trying another steak instead of the ribeye since my T-​bone was good. But the servers need to be more attentive to their tables.

Excellent service! Our server’s name was James. He was extremely personable, made great suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I had the 6 oz Flo’s Filet and it was amazingly tender. My fiancé had the ribeye and it had perfect flavor. Both steaks were cooked to order. The server brought out our wine from the bar in a timely fashion. Overall I was very pleased with the food and the service.

I typically come in around 9 and sit at the bar when I’ve been out shopping and look forward to good food and service. Tonight was no exception. The bar staff is always friendly and on point. The grilled chicken is delicious as was my Grey Goose martini.

We’re have been regulars at Longhorn since they opened. Service is amazing, Donna is fantastic. With that said, food quality has gone down. Steaks have come out way under cooked on the past several visits. For the price, the caliber of food should be much better. They have become another «Outback» quality steakhouse.

Awesome steaks! You must try the Soft Pretzel appetizer with honey mustard with bacon for dipping.

Amazing food and amazing service. Came here because we had a gift card and our expectations were exceeded. Steak was perfectly cut, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. One of the best meals I’ve had in months. Don’t know why this place isn’t busier than it is. Delicious.

We had an excellent time! Our server, Donna, was attentive without being in the way. I ordered the Flo’s Filet with mashed potatoes. It was wonderful, but a little overdone. My date had the porterhouse and so enjoyed it. The stuffed mushrooms are a must! Dessert was okay but could have been better. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return!

The food was delicious, we ordered the filet with the lobster. For drinks I had the margarita it was on point…
This service was great, definitely trying it a 3^rd time.

My wife and I attended an event sponsored by our Foodie Group. For appetizers we had: Crab & Artichoke Dip, Sweet Corn Fritters, Wild West Shrimp, and Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms. The crispy flatbread that came with the Crab & Artichoke dip was was the perfect texture, not too soft and not too hard. The Sweet Corn Fritters were piping hot and easy to break apart and eat (unlike many hush puppy type entries). WIld West Shrimp was served with cherry peppers, garlic butter, and housemade Ranch dressing. These and the Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms (which were amazing and absolutely delicious… if you like mushrooms and cheese) were the crowd favorites.
The Grilled Chicken Tortilla Soup that I had next was not your typical tortilla soup, but was good. It had a nice spiciness to it.
For my main course I had the 18 oz., Outlaw Ribeye which was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well. The steak was one of the juiciest that I’ve ever had. It was DELICIOUS!!!
Then for desert, I had the Blueberry Lemon Butter Cake which was out of this world! It was served warm, and the lemon icing was spectacular! I could have consumed just that.
Billy, who was one of the managing parter’s, was there the entire time, informing us about Longhorn and their history, as well as what they do and how they give back to the community. He communicated to us about their food preparation process and how they take great pride in their food safety. All of the staff who waited on us were very pleasant and prompt.
We typically shy away from many of the big chain restaurants and dine with local mom and pop establishments. However, this was a very unexpected (in a good way) and pleasurable dining experience.
I would go back, and definitely recommend Longhorn if you are in the mood for some good food!

I could not be more satisfied with my visit! Theses folks were welcoming and warm, and very professional. Our server was excellent and knowledgeable. We were served as if we were millionaires or something! This place is a new favorite for sure!

Great meal and an exceptional friendly and accommodating team to seat, serve and see to your dining needs. Eric our waiter, took exccellent care of us, even took offered to take our picture for our Valentine date. Excellent!
Wife’s steak was perfect and she’s picky. I found a new place for scrumptious ribs. Being Valentines night, they handle the crowd well. No bad attitudes, no makinng excuses, just great service.
Be watching for my 5 Star Review Video, they deserve it.

Awesome lunch! Good prices on the lunch menu and service was OUTSTANDING!!! Try the French onion soup… someone recommended it to me and I’m sure glad they did!

It was a date night for us, I wanted to try longhorn instead of our usual steak place. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty but wasn’t anything to write home about. I got the filet med rare, it was cooked correctly. Although the entire plate was full of juice and oil. It didn’t bother me, but I would think some people wouldn’t want their steak to come out swimming on the plate. My husband got the porterhouse, cooked correctly and he liked it. The green beans were crispy and very good. Our waiter was good, but it took her over 10 minutes to greet us, and it was 8pm on a Sunday. It wasn’t very busy. Other than that I’d go back, it was a good change up from roadhouse or saltgrass.

Great food and service!!! Didn’t have to tell our waitress to refill our drinks. The Wild West Shrimp is very appetizing and is very tasty. Between that and the yummy bread I was stuffed. The manager was very welcoming and nice! Nice clean atmosphere. My blackberry tea was soooooo good.

Went here for my Birthday Dinner and the whole family was disappointed. We ordered water and it tasted like chemicals (The manager did bring us bottled water after we notified them)
The salad was average, the sides were good, but the steak was something you could get at Golden Corral. It was over cooked and the flavor was just not there. When you order a Ribeye it should not taste like a sirloin that’s not even an inch thick!
Next time we will head to Salt Grass Steakhouse.

I will start off this review by saying. I usually refuse to eat at places like this. Yes, I am a snobby inner looper. I met my parents here on a Sunday early afternoon for lunch, their choice.
I didn’t have high hopes at all. but it really exceeded my expectations. Our server was fantastic. he was so personable and very attentive. again just blew me away.
I am on a pretty restrictive diet, so I scoped out the menu beforehand. I had the napa grilled chicken, sweet potato, and a side salad. I had requested several modifications to my meals, and the server and kitchen nailed every single one of them. The server even picked up on my style of ordering, and asked things like «did you want the croutons on the salad?» Just really shows good thinking on his part.
The food all tasted really good. Both my mom and dad liked their food a lot as well, and my dad said the bread was awesome (sigh, I wish I could have tried it!)

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places. I am really confused on why it has bad ratings. The food is excellent. The service is amazing and I have never had one issue.
So Thursday a couple of us were feeling in the mood for dessert. It was 9pm and we headed over to long horn. Now I have seen this place packed before. But, I have never eaten here when it has been busy. Ever.
We walked in and see these massive tables of ppl and kids. I asked the host to seat us away from children if possible. It took a minute, they cleaned off a table and wha-​la.
I asked to be seated away from children because I am an adult with a group of other adults. I don’t know why restaurants seat adults next to children. More times then not my conversations are not pg13. Then I have some parent staring at me. Pet pev. Moving on.
We had excellent service! Our drink were never empty, our plates came out fast, he always made sure our coffee was hot and we were the table out of the way in the back. He could have forgotten us.
The floor manager checked on us to make sure we were happy. Excellent service!!!
