Heartbreak and salvation — all within one hour! Imagine my disappointment when I learned that my favorite local Mexican joint(Casa Imperial — ) was closed. Ouch. So pushing myself outside my taqueria comfort zone, I turned the corner(really, I took a left hand turn into another shopping center) to try out another local Mexican joint that just opened. As I entered the doors, there were faces there I had seen before. The staff looked like the same folks from Casa Imperial, which wouldn’t be a surprise — a new work place across the street from the old one. Then they gave me the menu — it was EXACTLY like Casa Imperial! I asked the waiter to explain, and the easy answer was — they moved and changed the name. I can understand the move but the name change? Weird. Maybe they were trying to ditch me. Well, I found you out, you scheming bastards! And I WILL be back to eat your fajitas!
