Los Tres Ranchitos Mexican Restaurant

I live close by so we have come here often for 10 years. This is the best mexican food in our area. Owner is usually walking around checking on diners, and the staff hasn’t changed much in 10 years, which is nice. Love this place. best chips and queso

Excellent service and food every time. Super attentive waiters. Awesome margaritas. A place that our family makes it weekly to relax and enjoy. Been going for 3 years and excellence every time.

We’ve been searching for Mexican food since we moved here from So Cal 4 months ago. This was another miss. Not as bad as some others but definitely not authentic. The beans were very salty and the rice had a burnt flavor. My husband ordered flautas and they were more like extra stuffed, soggy taquitos. My cheese enchilads were okay, at least they didn’t have American cheese in them like another place we tried. Needless to say, we are still on the hunt.

With a menu so big it is no wonder everything is sub-​par. The best part of the meal was the free chips and salsa (even though I don’t fully understand cold chips and hot salsa).
Nothing was as expected. Even the margaritas from what my wife said, was just ice and juice with barely a hint of tequila.
There are many options for Mexican restaurants around, we will be looking for another place next time.

From the thin and crispy chips to the served-​hot salsa (yum!) this place had just what we were looking for in a good Mexican fix.
The menu is HUGE. I was actually surprised we were able to pull it off and get some good eats, considering menus this extensive usually end up with everything on it just so-​so.
Hubby got the tacos al carbon, with pork. They came rolled like a taquito, but not deep fried. The meat was very flavorful. I prefer a soft-​taco presentation myself, but they were still quite tasty. I ordered the fajitas del diablo, and dang those were delicious. Definitely for people who like their spice! I love fajitas with tomatoes in them, and both the steak and chicken was flavorful.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we travel to Spring.

Always a great experience! Delicious food and great Margarita’s! The restaurant is very clean and employees are always friendly.

My husband and I decided to give this restaurant another shot since they are right up the street from us. They have apparently gotten rid of the extremely rude front desk attendant. We haven’t had any issues since they made this change! Great food and reasonably priced.

We were going to go eat at the Italian Restaurant in the shopping center but when we walked in the waitress said I’ll be right with you and left us waiting 15 minutes while she talked in the back and no one ever seated us. So we had seen this restaurant and decided to try it. It smelled so good inside and the waitstaff was incredible. The food was delicious. I loved it. Thank you so much I was visiting my children in The Woodlands and you made our day with your wonderful food and service. Thought the night was not going to be a good one after stopping at the other restaurant. I will visit again when in town. Can’t say enough good things about your establishment.

PATIO, PATIO, PATIO! I love this place. I really enjoyed the food. However the margaritas were probably my favorite. Service very friendly. All in all a step up the ladder to my favorite Mexican restaurant.

I have eaten here for the past 9 years and love it. The servers are my favorite. They always remember us and make us feel like part of their family! The food is always great and they are very accommodating when I have requested changes to the meal.

The service was pretty good. Drink were refilled quickly. The salsa was good. Served warm and not too spicy. My husband ordered enchiladas with sour cream sauce and said they were so spicy he lost his appetite. I ordered a combination that had a sour cream enchilada and it was nothing like his. It had no spice at all. One thing I really did not care for is that the food is the temperature of hot lava. The plates are truly hot enough to burn you with a slight bump. It is a safety hazard for adults, let alone for small children. I was scared to death of our toddler accidentally getting within reach. We might try this place again one day but we have many other places to try before then.

We love the Mexican food and location is easy to get to. They are very fast and attentive. I’ve had the cheese enchiladas and have to say they are as close to San Antonio Mexican Food I’ve had. So far, this has been my favorite. The chicken tacos were good. The guacamole is outstanding!!!
The fajitas were disappointing. The chicken was dry and the steak over cooked. I’m hoping they fix the fajitas because they rock on most other entrees,

I’m not a fan of Mexican food but if eat Mexican this the place we come! Chips and salsa is good (warm salsa that I like) I like the jalapeños that comes with the queso. My husband ordered beef quesadillas and he liked it and I always order fajitas (meat is really tender and season very good).

Pork taco al carbon was bland, the beef one was really salty. Salsa is good, chile con queso is just ok. Mediocre Mexican restaurant.

Eat here all the time. We love the food and service is great! We eat here so much we know the staff! It is that good!

We come here regularly because the food here is good and the location is convenience for us. We like their margarita. We usually order coconut margaritas, shrimp bravo, strawberry special and my son likes beef quesadilla. Their chips are always fresh and crispy. The salsa has good flavor and spicy enough. We always get chili con queso too and it’s ok. Service here is kinda slow but is bearable. The place stay pretty busy though so the food is always fresh in my experience.

We tried this place tonight. The service was memorable. They really took great care of us and so fast! The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely go back.

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in Spring. They come in above average time and time again. Staff is attentive and their care for detail is fantastic. The chips and salsa are always hot and fresh. My favorite dish is the pollo a la parilla, but the fajitas are just as good. If you’re a soup person, their tortilla soup is awesome.

Gold Margaritas are strong and good.
Wait staff is very attentive and aggressive… as in they make sure your drinks and booze are filled at all times. Chili con queso is good. Fajitas are so-​so. Still, I’d come back for the ‘Rita’s and find a DD to drive me home lol
