The process of getting an estimate was a little slow, but the staff was nice. I received the estimate on 1÷28÷16, and emailed 2÷2÷16 to confirm that we wanted to reserve the items. I didn’t hear back, so I emailed again 2÷4÷16. I still didn’t hear anything, so I mailed a check on 2÷6÷16. I finally received a call saying that the pieces I wanted had been rented to a «larger event», and were no longer available. The estimate does say that it’s not a reservation, so that part I understand — I didn’t expect that they were holding the items for me. What doesn’t meet my expectations is that it took them at least 3 business days — and multiple attempts on my part — for them to let me know that the pieces I wanted were no longer available to me.(And that the items had in fact been rented to a «larger event», in case it wasn’t clear to me that my business didn’t generate enough profit for them to warrant quality customer service.)
