The staff was very helpful and assisted me in choosing a product and installed batteries in demo models for me to try. Very clean and we had to use gloves to handle products. I liked that. I purchased a LELO product, according to the staff, «at a MUCH better price than anywhere else.» Unfortunately for me, I did not do my research, and the price I paid was $ 70 MORE that LELO’s retail price. I feel ripped off although it was my own fault for not shopping more.
