Seeing the huge banner promoting there Crawfish and live music(didn’t see live music when we went and it was a Sat. afternoon), we thought we’d give them a try. Now we have been here on several other occasions but never been too tempted to try their food. BUT for crawfish that’s $ 5.00 dollars a pound, what is there to lose. People here are not too friendly for the exception of the patrons in the bar. Pretty chill/happy crowd. The waitress there came up to our table ONLY to ask for our ID’s and never came back. You could feel that she had no intention of serving us. We had to get our drinks and crawfish order in at the bar. She had no problem walking up to the table next to us and taking their orders for the remainder of our visit. We got the crawfish and it had a mix of small and large ones, but we had quite a few of them you could tell had been dead for awhile before they boiled them. They just sprinkle the seasoning on top but the crawfish meat was so bland. This place is close to our house but we are going to keep driving by from now on.

Amazing service. Katie, the bartender, made me feel like home from the start. Always very attentive and very nice. If I want to feel good about myself, it’s always there with Katie. GFY! She always says that, and it makes me happy. Good For You is my new motto and I absolutely will return!

We really thought this might be our new Irish pub hang out instead of GA. For us it was just really dark inside with few windows. They do have outdoor seating but it was hot out. And there was no love coming from the bartender who finally came around and got us beers and that was that. Just had one beer and left. A pint of IPA was $ 4.75 so cheaper then the bar next door Papas Ice House at $ 6.00 a pint.

Much better places in this area. Bartender was sitting at a table when we got there. Didn’t get up when we walked in. When she did, she walked around clearing tables before taking our order. She scooped the ice with our glasses and used hot canned soda with our whiskey. We didn’t eat and we sat outside so we could avoid the smoke. Price was reasonable and pour was on spot.

The usual beers I have on tap tonight are way off, the Karbach hopadillo is not cold and the pine belt pale ale taste like its old… Must be Lots a bud light drinkers? Wishing it was more like the Molly’s in NO, but the sound of ghetto and repetitive country music is a good indicator this is ran by others. Sadly to say, I am disappointed, as I was hoping for too much I guess. Would give it another try, possibly an off night for my luck, but jeez…

You can’t beat the weekend crawfish or the fun atmosphere. The beer is cold and the porch is great, they also allow dogs. Come here to hang out with friends, family or just have a quick date. Their food is also very good, you can get sandwiches and it is the best crawfish deal in town. Usually have some sort of game on, and the staff is super friendly. Molly’s is a spring staple!

By far my favorite bar in the area. Bigger than the one in Conroe with a spacious outdoor area. They have a HUGE selection of beer on tap and they always have seasonal beers on tap year round. Waitstaff is hit or miss but the bartenders are awesome, my favorite is Kristi. Great place to enjoy a variety of beers and watch the game. And you can’t beat big ass beer night, huge $ 3 beers.

Been hanging out here for over 20 years(not the whole time). Used to make fun of the old guys hanging out there when I was younger… now I am one of them. The service can be spotty(though better in the last year or so), but there are always great drink specials, and you won’t beat Big Ass beer night anywhere in Texas. The homerun? The Ruben. Simple and incredibly delicious(must be ordered with Doritos). I WON’T eat a Ruben anywhere else. The smoke is bad, but we sit outside. There are plenty of non-smoking bars around if it bothers you.

I’ve been coming to this place for along time and tonight it really irritated me when the bartender turned down the metal songs that I played, but turned up all the other songs that played and I paid for all the songs being played. And I heard from a reliable source and witnessed it for myself, he deletes all the metal songs that are played on a jukebox

Great atmosphere, looked like a cool place. We were planning on trying the crawfish. The waitress ignored us for 20 minutes and didn’t give us the time of day. We ordered a beer from the bar and left. Bummer.

This has always been a great place to meet up with friends and relax, have a beer and get a burger from the grill. The staff and the crowd have always been cool and friendly. Inside or outside on the patio you’re going to get great service. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

It’s a good local bar to get to know people, typical bar nights(ex:trivia) and drink prices are reasonable. This is a bar where bartenders will get to know your name and keep up with what’s happening in your life. Always try the crawfish during crawfish season.

I was out in Texas to train teachers in STEM101 curriculum. Having to stay in the Holiday Inn Express is not a negative thing when you have a place like Molly’s nearby. The bar is a chain, but the one in Spring is rustic, divey, and just plain cool. With competition like Bikini’s down the street and the newly opened(as of 8÷6÷13) Twin Peaks, the bar has both of them beat! First off, it is a full service bar that allows smoking. Please make your decision to go here based on this. While I am not a smoker, I don’t mind smokey bars, I grew up in them(a story for another time). This one is actually made a bit more homey because of this. The selection of beer on tap is second to none in the area, and I tried or asked many for this information. They have many of the local beers to enjoy, and a few old favorites on tap as well. The Monday Steak dinner for $ 12.00? Forget about it! Amazingly good Rib-eye at next to nothing. You also get two sides for free, but it does cost a dollar more for fresh mushroom and onions. Along with the Asiago cheese smashed potatoes, you had a complete and delicious meal. If you do not go on a Monday, the bar menu is full of delicious choices for 6.00. An incredible price when you consider where you are. Molly’s shares a parking lot with the Motel 6, so if you want to stay at cheap digs, but be stumbling distance from the best bar in Spring, then Molly’s is your choice to play!

You never have to guess what you’re going to get when it comes to Molly’s. As with most Montgomery County establishments, this place is smokey on the inside, but if that bothers you, you can always head out to the patio. The view of the I-45 feeder is nothing special, but it gets the job done. Even back in the days when I didn’t drink beer, this place always makes me feel like having one. To that end, I have no idea how they pour a mixed drink, but my guess is heavy on the liquor. The crawfish in the spring are not the best and not the worst, but they are quite inexpensive just like everything else at Molly’s. In a word, Molly’s isn’t much to write home about, but as a neighborhood standby it’s quite alright by me.

Grabbed a drink with a buddy from high school here while in town for Thanksgiving. Most of the reviews on here sound right. Feels like the definition of a dive-bar, a nice antidote to most of the more fancy places in The Woodlands if that’s what you’re looking for. The beer is cheap and there is a good selection. After a couple of drinks I ordered some chicken nachos and they were really weak. Service at the bar was great, at my table was horrible. This might be obvious to most people, but I think it bears repeating: ITSSMOKEYINTHERE. If you don’t want everything on you smelling like cigarettes afterwards, probably not the place for you. If you want a relaxed bar where you can smoke a pack, you’ll probably love it. This bar was not my scene(I hate smoking), but I appreciate that a place like this exists in The Woodlands.

If you want to kick back and relax with a beer or cider in hand, this is the place to go. This large pub contains a large indoor and outdoor patio where you can hang out with friends. There is a bar both inside and outside, that features several beers on tap. They even had cider, which is my favorite drink, but is not offered a lot in the states. The outdoor area has plenty of tables, where a pack of cards would come in handy to play some drinking games with your friends. The interior contains a large room with tables as well, in addition to a jukebox, a large ipod(where you can play a song for $ 1), and 2 dart boards. What a great place to go if you are interested in a night at a pub. The only downside of this bar is the smoking. The smell of smoke will remain on your clothes when you leave this bar. Smoking should be banned from bars in TX. A non-smoking pub would make this pub even better.
