My daughter & I were fairly regular customers. We both got a toenail fungus from this store(we’ve never been anywhere else). We’ve slso had eyebrow wax done here. They do not listen when you say don’t get too thin or change the shape. Terrible job. We will not be back.

ZEROSTARS! The convenience to work is the only reason I went there and I couldn’t be more displeased. I chose my color and of course once they start putting on the nails, I mention that it isn’t the same color as what I chose. They all say«yes yes, it will change, yes yes» But did it? NO. If the color not matching wasn’t enough, my nails are lop-sided, there are dork spots and black dots on almost every nail. The girl that did my nails did a horrble job. When I told the manager how displeased I was, anouther nail lady came up from the back and started yelling at ME! As if I was doing something wrong by pointing out that every single part of my experience there was horrible. I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worse enemy.

I’ve been here several times and thought the service was friendly and good. They have expanded the pedicure chairs and bought new ones. I’ve gotten full sets and refills and had no complaints.

I wanted to like this place because of the convenience and location, but it was just awful. The lady who did my nails was very nice but i left paying over $ 20 for just a manicure and it was bubbles in every nail. Poor product.

I came here to get shellac but they charge a whopping $ 38 so I decided to just get shellac polish instead for $ 23. The lady was quick but at the end of my shellac she filed my nails now 2 days later my nails are already starting to peel off on the edges, not sure why she did that. Bummer, it supposed to last for at least two week!

Saw a roach crawling across the store when I first walked in. The older lady who did my mani didn’t speak English well, which means she didn’t understand me well enough to do what I wanted to have. Instead of using polish remover to take of nail stickers on my nails, she was lazy enough to just use cheapy filer to file them off. Yes! Rough sand paper type of filer left scratches on the surface of my nails. The filer is the cheapest you can find in a convenient store. It left the tip of my nails rough and uneven. Nail polish job was bad. Some were thinner than the others. Colorado got on my cuticles without being cleaned. They have bad reviews on Google. I didn’t think they were that bad to mess up simple work. Trust me. Don’t waste your money there.

This is the worst salon I have ever been too. After several months of my nails getting back to their natural growth. I decided to get a new set of pink and white. I like extreme long, wide tipped and thick. After cutting the nail to short they was no turning back. The fake tip they glued was visible on every nail after they covered with the powder. I didn’t want solar nails. $ 47 later, I proceed to called and ask to have them soaked off and a refund. They advised me they looked fine. I explained I didn’t like them and wanted them removed. They couldn’t do that. I was livid. The next day I went to JK Nails and had them soaked off an new set put back on. JK Nails was great. Not only are they friendly but they have more designs that any other salon I have been too. I have gotten my nails for the past 20 years. I am a faithful nail salon customer every two weeks if not next week. Do not go to Nail of America. I am considering calling a reporter to file a compliant how horrible their service was.

WORSTNAILJOBEVER! I went into this nail shop this past weekend– my nail tech stayed on her cell phone the entire time she did my refill– she got a hair in one of the nails, the pink and white powder on my refill is smeared into eachother, she kept breaking my nails off with her filing tool, she went too far into the nail bed on my thumb, she didn’t trim my cuticles and she didn’t file the edges of my nails down, so they are square sharp now. this looks awful!!! I asked her to fix things a couple of times but then things started to look worse, I guess she couldn’t listen to my requests and the person she was chatting with on her cell. Then the person ringing me up asked how much of a tip I was leaving her– SERIOUSLY??? I will never go back into this shop again– my first mistake was walking in here– my second was paying for this job. GETYOURTECHSOFFOFTHEPHONEANDMAKETHEMDOTHEIRJOBSNAILSOFAMERICA! Ridiculous!

I am so angry. I just left Nail of America with the exact opposite feeling you hope to have when leaving a place for pampering. My girlfriend had come in from out of town, and we decided to treat ourselves to a day of R and R. Last stop– manicure!- I had requested a french manicure, and was upset that some of the preferences I had mentioned were completely ignored. My nails were completely square, and the polish was so thick it would not dry. I spoke to re receptionist who agreed it should be redone, and the second job was perhaps worse. At that point, handing over the $ 17 seemed less painful than sticking around for round 3. What a disappointing finish to a wonderful afternoon.
