Although moving to Waller, Tx very soon, we LOVE these people and their produce. Amazing! Let’s all try to get to Waller once they begin selling there.

We absolutely love this farmers market that is located around the corner from our house. They offer local sustainably raised produce at really affordable prices. The quality of the produce is second to none. Homegrown tomatoes that are just indescribably amazing for only $ 2 a pound. The best broccoli I have ever tasted, so good I can eat it raw. Fresh cauliflowers, cucumbers, watermelons, basil, spinach, zucchini($ 1.69 lb), hydroponic strawberries, huge bunches of tasty kale($ 1.75 a bunch) and fresh bell peppers including red for only $ 2 a pound and much more. I mean that is unheard of and I have not been able to find a better deal on bell peppers anywhere else in Houston. Did I mention that all the items I listed where homegrown. My family is huge on local, sustainable and organic farming. While they do not carry the organic label, a lot of their food is grown with organic practices. They actually have the all natural sea salt fertilizer that they use on their own crops there for sale that works wonders on plants and yields some of the tastiest and fresh product in town. We actually have many local farmers and farmers markets in North Houston and I have visited many but none compare in price and quality. If you like good quality food at affordable prices then you have to try this place. You wont regret it!

Neal has an indoor, air-conditioned farmers market in front of his farm and you can buy everything from fresh eggs to tomato plants. I happily pay 4.50 for those beautiful, delicious grain-fed chickens eggs and drive about 15 minutes OUTOFMYWAY to purchase fresh food from him. Personal favorites: Pumpkin butter, fresh eggs, fresh green onions, fresh tomatoes, fredricksburg pecans, and potted herbs. Thank you for serving the Spring community for so long! My daughter and I will be back soon for our eggs. ;-)
