Northstar Inspections

Northstar provides a top quality home inspection. Joel arrived at the scheduled time and was 100% professional. He took his time to give a very thorough inspection throughout the entire inside/​outside of the house. He took pictures of problem/​damage areas for documentation to include in his final report. His final report is one of the best reports I have seen. It was very easy to read and visually understand the problem areas that showed during the inspection.
He also allowed me to be at the home while he performed the inspection. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all questions I had on the spot, including suggestions on how to fix minor things he saw.
Joel defiantly exceeded all expectations I had going into the inspection. He even worked through a broken AC in an extremely hot house to get the job done without a single complaint. (Sorry about that again, I had no idea the house was going to be that hot!)
If you are in need of a home inspection I highly recommend Northstar Inspections. Joel went above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommended him to anyone who is in the process of buying a home. You can walk away from the inspection knowing that your home will be a great investment.
