I wish I had read other reviews before engaging this company for my Christmas lighting. The owner, Josh, had pursued our business for quite some time. So, mistakenly thinking he was a diligent and hard worker, I called him and we contracted for lighting. That was the last prompt response we ever received.
If you are looking for good service, this is not the company! Keep searching. At first, we thought the lights were not going to be installed by the agreed date. Then, after some had fallen down due to weather, Josh would not return our calls nor send anyone to repair them.
Buyer beware! Once they have your money — forget it. His voice mail box is always full. He doesn’t return calls. He doesn’t have a service department. You are on your own.
It really makes me upset that I didn’t go with a more reputable company.
