The management is by far the worst I have ever encountered. If you want to speak directly to the manager forget it. Its kinda like a car salesman. You speak to the leasing agent who knows nothing she then goes into the managers office to explain… she then comes back out to explain what the manager said… then she will go back into the office to translate what you have to say.
Moved in 11 months ago and have been living in roaches– Had weekly sprays and roaches wont go away!
Sara the leasing agent told me that we live dirty!
After two months of living a two year old moves in above and you can hear every foot step below. Why wouldn’t office staff inform then for $ 50 more a month they would have bottom floor and wouldn’t disturb the tenants
Asked at 8 months to move into another unit-​a week later pending approval was told they couldn’t risk having the roaches transferred to another unit and we would have to stay until lease is finish with a 1 year old baby.
Called and asked how much to get out of lease and was informed it would be 4 months rent ($ 6000) even though we only have 3 months left with lease.
Another tenant was told to use her Apartment insurance to repair a leak in her ceiling even though it was the persons fault on the next level! She called the main office to complain and then they took care of the problem after the fact.

The quality of tenants moving in are disrespectful– not cleaning up dog poop, kids playing in the gym backing into peoples cars, flying thru the exit gates the wrong way.
Out door TVs don’t work like they should including the WIFI –horrible.
Gave office plenty of opportunities to rectify and they totally ignore us.
We moved out early and still had to pay the last months rent.

I was initially interested in this apartment and decided to take a tour a few months ago. During my tour, the leasing consultants were great, answering all of my questions and promptly returning calls. I did not submit a leasing application right away after viewing the apartments, because I was still interested in other apartment homes in the area. I received calls from the leasing consultant almost once every other week for almost 2 months until I decided to finally apply. The application and admin fee was only $ 99, so I thought why not. Well after my application, no one could tell me anything. I wait and wait, Three days past by, I don’t hear from management. I literally must hunt management down after calling about 6 times to get any information about the status of my application. You would think an apartment community of this caliber would have a more streamlined process. To say the least I had an extremely bad experience waiting on a response from management. If you are time pressed, this apartment home will give you the run around. Its as if after they get your application fees everyone goes ghost.

Office staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The apartments are located conveniently by grocery stores, various shops and a few major freeways. It was a beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood.
