Dr. Darby at Perfect Smile treats us like family. He is great with my kids and calms every worry they have had about going to a dentist. Our son broke off a good portion of his two front teeth a few years ago. After several other local dentists tried to fix it and failed, Dr. Darby was able to create the perfect solution! He fixed them and they even stayed fully intact through braces and football! Thank you Dr. Darby for all that you have done for our family.

Setting up an appointment at this office was very easy. I was impressed that one of the receptionists remembered to call me back and let me know that I could reschedule my appointment for an earlier time I had wanted since someone else cancelled. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and very friendly. I needed to make a 2nd appointment to be fitted for a night guard (my teeth had some damage from grinding), and Dr. Chiu explained why this was necessary in a way that was very easy to understand. The staff was helpful in checking my insurance coverage and cost for the night guard so I knew what it would cost in advance.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chiu for a few years now for all my dental needs. His staff is very courteous & professional. They use to have an office down on Rayford road but now relocated to a newer office building right by Hobby Lobby on Sawdust road. I visit them only twice a year for my general cleaning and I never remember my appointments since they are set 6 months prior but luckily the staff always calls me to remind me. They now open every other Fridays which is great since most dental offices are closed Fridays. I recommend Perfect Smile for all your dental needs, they are good at what they do and the staff is wonderful.
