If I could rate this location with a negative star rating I would rate it –10 on a scale of –1 to –10. Bar none the worst customer service I have seen. Never got our pizza because I’m guessing they just couldn’t handle the weekend load over spring break. Had to beg to talk to a manager to try and get a refund and sat on hold for over 30 minutes on my cell phone. Never did get a manager. In the mean time some one from Pizza Hut called on our house phone and said there was a fire in the strip center which was a complete lie because the fire department is in our neighborhood and you can here the sirens every time they are dispatched. The person on the house phone said they could get us our pizza by 2 am. Seriously? After a lot of grief we had our money refunded. Unless your looking for an evening filled with lies and frustration get Pappa Johns instead.

They Took My Money and Never Delivered Then The Manager Flat Out Lied About It! . Ordered online and was told that it would take an hour and twenty minutes. But hey it was spring break so I tried to be patient. After an hour and 40 minutes I called about my order on my cell phone. The kid on the phone told me that only the manager can look up online orders. Really? I didn’t doubt the kid but what kind of nonsense is that? Of course the manager refused to take the call. After being on hold for over ten minutes I hung up and tried again. I asked the kid to level with me and he said they are swamped with spring break orders and it was taking 3 hours or more to deliver pizzas. The kid then said his manager wasn’t as busy now and offered to transfer me. After another ten minutes on hold I hung up. So I called the bank to contest the charge. While on my cell phone with the bank who should call the house phone but the Pizza Hut manager. The same one who would not talk to me! Since he refused to take my calls he did not realize that I had already spoken to his staff. So the manager proceeded to tell a real whopper! He told my wife that they had a two alarm fire and had to evacuate everyone. That seemed odd to me as the kid indicated that he and the manager were on location and the kid never mentioned the supposed fire. A search of previous reviews revealed that this seems to be common problem with this location. This was not the first time I’ve gotten bad service from this location but I promise it will be the last.

Been over an hour and 45 minutes to get our food on a Sunday night, and we’re 8 min away… Still waiting on our food. Order from literally anywhere but Pizza Hut. As you can see from nothing but 1⁄5 stars, this place has gone to shit. Surprised they are still in business. And considering our one pizza at $ 15, you can go to Papa Johns and get fresh food on time, or Jets Pizza, which has good pizza with different types of crust to choose from! Pizza Hut(not just this location) has turned to low quality standards and service. UPDATE: Called after 2 hours since food had still not been delivered. They charged my card and had delivered it to someone else. They said all they could do was re-make another pizza for me and have it to me in 30 min. What a joke. This is the epitome of why fast food workers don’t deserved a penny more than minimum wage. Incompetence at its finest.

Ordered a pizza online yesterday and I guess they ran out of pan pizza dough so the guy called and offered me a hand tossed or thin crust pizza. I took the hand tossed bit it was thinner than normal and we didn’t enjoy it at all. I asked nicely if the guy could write a message on the pizza for me because I was surprising my sister who was spending Christmas eve alone by getting a pizza delivered to her. Well, there was no message on there either. She didn’t really enjoy the pizza either… Bummer. I can see why there aren’t many stars.

Terrible management, worst employees. Ordered two pizzas and chicken wings. Took an hour and a half to arrive(30min late on hour wait), both pizzas cold, one was missing over HALF the ingredients, one wing looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Called customer care and mgmt was supposed to call back. They never did… I was forced to drive their and get a full refund. Wish I could rate negative stars.

Second time we have placed an order online and arrived to pick up the pizza and it’s wrong. I even cracked a joke with my wife when we placed the order that we would probably get Chinese food:) When I arrived and paid for the pizza and signed the receipt. They then show you your pizza to make sure it «looks» good. I said this is not what we ordered. I explained the pizza we ordered and the employee looks at the receipt and says this is what was sent online? Did not even try and use any kind of costumer service skills that any restaurant/retail place would offer. I still would have left with the pizza and been happy if there was any kind of customer service. We will never order another pizza from this establishment and that is sad because I am sure the online ordering is designed by their corporate office.

The food is delicious but this is the second time I’ve ordered over the phone for pick up and told it will be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived in 15 minutes pay for it and then wait 20 to 30 minutes before my order is ready. Service is very lacking.

Simply the worst of Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen… Mean people attending the phone, food after more than 50 minutes, wrong product delivered… I do not understand why Pizza Hut do nothing after all the complains I see on Unilocal! It is a shame to have a service like this!

Sad results for my delivery tonight. I ordered 2 medium pizza’s and a family size chicken pasta. The two pans of pasta were ½ full. My thin crust chicken and spinach was very sparse w either items, and dry, not to mention missing the balsamic drizzle. I didn’t realize the true quality difference until I ordered a delivery from my office last week, where everything was picture perfect. I wonder how many complaints need to be posted before the franchise reacts?

Don’t order pizza from Pizza Hut at 24914 Kuykendahl Rd. Ste. A Tomball, Tx 77389. I have tried to use them over several years time frame with months between orders and they always mess the order up. Always. How hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza? I’m forced by the online ordering system to order from this location and while this time the order came on time, the pepperoni pizza had zero sauce and almost no cheese, I basically got bread with a little cheese and pepperoni on it! I honestly don’t know how this location stays in business. I have to actually use the phone to order from the kuykendahl and louetta location and go pick it up. I’d rather do that and sit in traffic than order from this place again.

Have no idea what demon has its claws in every Texan that has let Pizza Hut be a staple here, but it needs to be exorcised. Blake Shelton? Wrong order after 2 hour wait, the replacement was wrong… customer service call center juggled me around for 45 minutes… tried it, never again.

Horrible horrible service! Twice in the past month I have ordered pizza online from this location, and twice the delivery said 40 – 45 minutes and it took over 2 hours to get my pizza. Tried to call to check status, you get a call center in San Antonio! Put on hold for 20 minutes while a manager tries to get a hold of this location, but could not get anyone to answer the phone! I was told that the manager of this location would contact me, no one ever contacted me! This last time was told the regional manager would contact me, no one has yet! If you want or need your pizza in a decent amount of time… DONOTORDER from this location!

I will never order pizza frmo this pizza hut again. I placed an online order and they said it would be 40 min for delivery. Well an hour later they were sitll not there so I called and i was on hold for 10 min in order for htem to find out where our pizza was, as i was on hold the pizza came. When the pizza came it was cold, it wasnt even remotely warm, I had to put it in the toaster oven to warm up. I called the office to tell them of my unhappiness with my order, not only did they not apologize for it being late but I asked if they could just reimburse me and they said we cant reimburse you we can just give you a credit to us. They gave us a credit and we will probably never use that again becuase it was the worst pizza hut experience we have ever had. i would suggest ordering frmo dominos or papa johns.

Placed an online order at 8:20 p.m. Arrived at my house at 11:30 p.m. REALLY!!! Called to find out the problem, they seemed clueless! Looks like I’ll be making my own stuff crust pizza!!! They told me they would credit me on my next order, check on that FALSE!!! never again!
