Just received a raw pizza that put a pretty big damper on my super bowl plans for dinner! Had to preheat the oven to finish cooking that great looking raw garlic not pizza and missed big plays! And now waiting for it to cook! So I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere since this is now twice in a row our order has been messed up in some way! Unfortunately I love Pizza Hut pizza and now will no longer order it.

Ordered big box dinner. Pizza delivery was 15 minutes late. Item missing from the order. Ok life happens i get it. In order to let somone know abour my missing item, I have to call Pizza Hut Central. After 40 minutes of being on hold and dealing with rude people, I was able to get in touch with the actual Pizza Hut on Kuykendahl. Worst manager ever. Im thinking he missed customer service day at the Pizza Hut Academy. Look Im pretty easy going. I just cant stand attitude and rudeness. The one star is because I was able to hang up on him.

If I could rate this Pizza Hut a 0 I would. We ordered pizza around 8 and after waiting for hours we called Pizza Hut. They said that our pizza was on the way and a manager would call us for a update. 30 minutes later no pizza and no call so we called Pizza Hut back. No one picked up because it was 11 and Pizza Hut was closed. We ended up calling the bank to file a claim to get our money back. 2AM our pizza finally came. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again.

Unless you love mini wings stay away. Pizza was so greasy and cold and wings. Ha wings. The smallest wings ive ever seen. I didnt know they got them off of baby chickens. Go to buffalo wild wings or something for wings or your wasting money

If i can give this a negative star then I would. Unacceptable service from this location. Tonight my family order from this particular location and I am sad to say that we have been waiting over an hour and half for the delivery of our order, during non peak hours. I am not sure the integrity that pizza hut has for its customers but leaving customers with an unknown ETA on there delivery is unacceptable, and when i call to find status in my order i was transferred to «management» and was disconnected. If it was too late for delivery then we should have been informed at the time of the order, but I think 1.5 hours is sufficient time to have a pizza deliver prior to closing. the amount of time given is sufficient enough to not be overlooked.

Ordering here, delivery, is not great. Everytime, and I mean everytime we oder delivery from here, it is always wrong. Either the wings are not the flavor we ordered, or like this past time the Pizza was burnt, we ordered Dr. Pepper and got Pepsi, and never recieved the breadsticks. The delivery guy couldnt have given 2 ounces of understanding when I told him what was wrong and even said that their management sucks. but somehow got a $ 5 tip for coming out in the rain. Sometimes Im too nice. :)

This particular location makes great Meat Lover’s Pizza. A good balance between the generous amount of cheese and the sweetness of the tomato sauce. The meat is well distributed throughout the pizza, so much that it falls off. I have ordered here on numerous occasions for years, and they have upheld the quality since.

I got a stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza with buffalo hot wings which were both delicious. The man at the register was fabulous and I got my pizza in about 15 minutes. Would recommend.
