I dropped off 10 packages that had prepaid postal labels on Feb 23. 7 out 10 did not arrive and were never scanned in by the postal services. BEWARE! GET A RECEIPT! I am filing a claim with the postal service. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of this and arrest the person with the sticky fingers. Stealing USP packages is a federal offense.
