So disappointed in this experience. No one greeted us. Every employee on the floor made eye contact then walked away-the employees couldn’t be bothered to help us-manager included. We were finally approached by someone and told them we wanted to buy a sofa. The one we walked in ready to buy was quite pricey, too (not like that should matter). Like put it on my card and let’s set up delivery today ready. I wanted to ask a couple of questions and look at fabrics but the employee only gave me samples then walked away to process a return for someone else. We walked out.

I love Pottery Barn shopping! Service here is hit or miss. I came in looking for Euro shams from their house collection but to my surprise they said they didn’t carry the shams in this line?
Come here when they have a sale for great prices. I have an eye on a gorgeous zebra rug so I hope they have a rug sale soon.
Candles, housewares, lovely linens and home décor can be found here. And of course who can resist the overpriced gorgeous furniture pieces! I want a big white fluffy linen couch with those cozy crochet grey throws.
Lots of trendy holiday items and wonderful lamps. I have my eye on a few pendant lamps!
I have a long Christmas list and I hope Santa gets me everything I want!
