Rockport Shop

Worse customer service.
Try finding shoes for my dad and he was not helpful. Also the policies from the store are non sense.

I’m a Rockport fan and it is great to have a Rockport Store in my community shopping mall. I stop in here on every trip to the mall to see if anything new arrives or if anything I want is discounted. The staff recognize me when I come in and are always helpful. They always know what is new, what has changed and what is likely to go on clearance in the next few months.
I will say that, from a product standpoint, I am not happy with the direction Rockport is going now that it was purchased by Reebok… the soles are starting be more like athletic shoes than that I have come to expect from Reebok… but that is not this store’s fault so I don’t count that in my rating.
I am sure I will keep visiting this store and hope I can continue to find shoes I like… but if I see a Rockport Air Jordon… that will be my last visit. (oh yea, Air Jordon’s are Nike so I am probably safe).
