The doughnuts I have to say are pretty good in this part of town but one of the only problems is that the service isn’t that great. Sometimes when I go there the coworkers have difficulty understand me because of the lack of experience. I have great expectations for this store and I hope the customer service gets a little better. But I have to say, every time I go to shipley’s I have to at least have 3 – 4 doughnuts with a cup of coffee.

I like Shpley’s Donuts but not this one. I go, because it’s close to my house. What can I say.
Their donuts taste good. I usually buy glazed ones and donut holes. The donuts with filling are not so good. Sometimes they are good. Some times they aren’t. They have some QC problem there.
They pre-bag donut holes in bags of 12. So they are queezed in the bag for who knows how long. All sticky and ugly.
DO NOT buy their Kolache. Bad. Sausage Kolache is a stick of sausage in a plain bun. Really?
Not to mention I received wrong order multiple times.

i’m always looking for a great donut shop, and this just happens to be one of the best around. their selection is huge, and fresh. we got a dozen donuts, two apple fritters, plus a couple of kolaches all for under $ 13.00 what a deal! we will be back for sure.
