DON’T DO IT!!! FIND A LEGITIMATE DENTIST!!!
I initially selected SmileCrafters for the same reasons anyone selects a dentist. They were located at the end of my subdivision, and they accepted my insurance. My first visit was pretty ordinary. The wait time was a bit longer than expected. About 30 min. or so, but I wasn’t too bothered.
Fast forward to my second visit. I left work in the middle of the day to go to my dentist appointment. I arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment. I go directly to the receptionist who appears surprised to see me. «Oh, I’m sorry. We forgot to call you and cancel your appointment. The Dr. and the hygienists are all out today.» She then went on to reschedule my appointment for the following week. Apparently they had rescheduled the entire week of missed appointments for the same day. I arrived at my appointment to see a waiting room full of people. I sat for 2 hours, and there were still 4 people ahead of me. I tried to be patient, but it was ridiculous and I was missing work. I went to the receptionist to reschedule. I suppose the third time was a charm because when I showed up on my 3^rd attempt at the same cleaning appointment (YES, THIS WAS ALL FOR A ROUTINE CLEANING), I was finally seen.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL…
After this appointment, I moved to Miami. I generally make my appointments when I leave the facility which I assume I had done. Long story short, I was checking my credit report and noticed an item IN COLLECTIONS FOR $ 84. When I called to find out what the hell this could possibly be, I was told that this was for services from SmileCrafters. It turns out that they charged me a $ 10 NO-​SHOW fee years ago for that appointment which has now incurred interest. Of course, I’m just found out about it recently. When I contacted the office, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. When I brought up the fact that they had frivolously squandered my time on not one, but TWO occasions, yet still found it appropriate to do such a thing, the receptionist gave me some story about how I had to leave my appointment to go pick up my (non-​existent) kids. When I told her that that was not true because I don’t have any kids. She said, «Well, I don’t know. There’s nothing we can do about it here».
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!

I’ll give it 5 stars now, I went in for a regular checkup and the dentist was a down to earth guy. Advised me on extraction and told me just to do 1 because the second one did not matter. Most dentist I’ve gone to really try and milk you for all you got. But he does gentle work and always prepares you for whats ahead.
