Just established myself as a patient. I liked my first visit, but then they made me come in to get my test results and had me wait over an hour.

My first time here. This place used to be a ObGyn but now its a family medicine place. There are three doctors in this place. The place is very clean and they even have a play area for kids. I came here to meet with Dr. Nguyen. I made an appointment with the office a week before. The office staff was okay. They looked hectic and busy. I came in 15 mins earlier than my actual appointment to fill out new patient papers. I waited 10 mins before I got called in. Dr. Nguyen took time to listen, ask questions and explain my issues and symptoms. She is very caring and professional doctor that took the time to explain everything. Overall it was a good experience.
