Can I give zero stars? I broke my phone and tried to call them, but they would not answer the phone… I tried for literally hours, desperate… very rude people, and we’ll.

The store is nice and large as sprint stores go. So if you know what you want you should do fine. I was here with my mother and grandmother. Thing started out well. We delt with Joe the manager. Things ened badly if you can even say ended. i am still stuck with the stupid bad plan he got me to change to from my old way better plan. i should have trusted my gut but i trusted him and his«i can hook you up» additude. well 4 hours later… what 4 hours, yes hours later we left with our new plan and new(cheep yet expencive phone). would say that sprint always seems to hussle me into on a new plan but this was the worse. plus when i call for help joe never really comes through. the only saying grace was the rep who help a little over the phone who kinda reveresed some of the bad aspects i signed into. still hate my new plan and will most likely leave sprint after my 2 year sentence is up. Thanks Joe … for the headache

Horrible experience at this location. We waited for a 1:30min they were with the same people for that long. There attitude was horrible. I feels like we were asking for favors when we were just looking for new phones.

I can’t say enough good about this store and their excellent customer service. They are ALWAYS nice, friendly, helpful, and kind whether I’ve been in the market to buy a phone, have a problem with a bill, or an issue with my phone! However, I’m finally writing a review because of my experience yesterday. My phone would not turn on, so I was sent to the 242 store for repairs. It was a DISASTER, so I went back to the Lake Woodlands location because they have always been good to me. They were not a repair center so they couldn’t do what I needed(I knew this but went there because I didn’t know what else to do), but, unlike the 242 location, they told me WHY they couldn’t help and then actually DID help me find a store who could/would help me out. I know sometimes it’s hard to deal with customers, but this store does an excellent job and I would recommend it to anyone who asked!(And NO, I don’t work there — or have a friend or relative who does either. I really AM just highly satisfied with them!). I have been a Sprint customer for almost 15 years, and if it were not for the employees at this store, Sprint might have lost me forever yesterday.
