I took our 3 year old today. We had a long wait before we were seated — understandably since going on a Sunday without a prior appointment is a bad idea. However I would expect them to acknowledge that we had to wait. Nope. Was a sign that the experience wasn’t going to be worth our time or money. The communication with the stylist is best described as, well… at the bare minimum. She wasn’t engaging, not making the little one at ease and abrupt and rough movements when handling the kid. Very rude and tons of attitude. Forget the customary candy that they could offer their little customers, thats way beyond their level of customer service. Will never go back again.
