Changes have occured and the management company is no longer there. New company has not really been as customer focused as I would have liked. No effort to do a meet and greet and the loss of several amenities on the property without notice. First impressions are lasting and it appears they have missed the mark from what I’ve seen and heard from other residents living here.

Not sure where this other reviewer lived but I love the Ravinia apartments. The property is very well maintained and the office staff is incredibly accomidating and personable. They even forgive you one late rent payment, who else does that?
Oh and Betty, she is very competent and incredibly caring and any issue I have had she has taken seriously and resolved the matter quickly. Poodles? How ridiculous!
I would recommend The Ravinia Apartments to anyone and everyone.
