The Sauced Pig

Had this for lunch yesterday as I was looking for something new in the area to try. I was NOT disappointed! I highly recommend their chopped beef sandwich with potato salad as a side! Delicious!

Gotta say these guys know BBQ. They also know customer service. In a city packed full with BBQ «wanna be’s» its always good to find the real thing. The smoke was perfect through everything we got. We got the sampler plate because I wanted to try everything and I must say EVERYTHING was delicious. That’s hard to do given the different cuts of meat you are working with. This is the kind of place you want to go to when you want real BBQ. Good job guys !!!

Best bbq food truck I’ve ever visited! I always get the pulled pork tacos, they are topped with all fresh ingredients. Absolutely delicious! Super friendly service & always glad to see you.

Amazing bbq. Melt in your mouth ribs, cheesy amazing macaroni. Love love love this place. Can’t recommend them more highly. Even the two men inside are so friendly and nice. Can’t wait till our next stop here.

I wasn’t in the mood for BBQ, but wanted to try a new place, something different. I ordered the pulled pork tacos. They are awesome. All of the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I will be going back.

There are Barbecue joints on every corner in Houston but not all barbecue is created equal. The barbecue here stands out among all the rest. I really enjoyed this barbecue. The sides are great and the tea is excellent. Highly recommend.

Such a disappointment, they replaced a BBQ place that was here before and the only saving grace for this place were the sides… If you like rudy’s and thomas bbq then eat here

At the risk of committing barbecue blasphemy, I’m going to assert that the brisket is as good as any in the area.
Arguing the merits of sausage can be so subjective — and sausage is usually 5^th on my list at a BBQ joint — but I have to tell you, I LOVE this sausage.

«Pitmaster Pete» really cares about his BBQ, and that will be obvious when you taste his meaty sensations.
He makes his own sauce, a sweet, tomato-​based concoction. (Personally, I prefer Carolina-​style vinegar-​based sauce, but I know I’m in the minority around here, so most of you will really enjoy Pete’s sauce).
On top of all that, the BEST thing on the menu is the TeaPunch — you must try it!
