CUSTOMERS BEWARE, I HAVE ENDED UP WITH USED MERCHANDISE FROM TUESDAY MORNING. I feel compelled to inform the public about my experience with Tuesday Morning today. I purchased a juicer for $ 179.00 last year. As most do, it sat in the garage until I opened it around Christmas. It was clear that it had been used. Knowing the 45-​day return policy, I waited until I visited the store again. I expressed my concerns to the sales clerk, Lisa, who spoke with the Manager Chris, who said I could return it. Well I finally took it to the store today, April 1, 2014, and spoke with the Manager, Mary G. Of course, Mary G cited the store 45-​day return policy but did take the time to contact the District Manager in Dallas, Tammy. Mary informed me that they would return the item for a store credit, but at the current price, which is $ 107. Mary also said that Tammy indicated Tuesday Morning does not sell used product. I expressed to Mary that I would like the credit, but that it was not a good policy to stand on the rules when it comes to a full credit with a receipt (yes, I had a receipt) and to sell used items. This was the third item I purchased that was used in six months. Not to mention the several electronic items I purchased that simply did not work. I have unfortunately spent many thousands of dollars with this company, but will never patronize them again. The employees know that when items are returned they are put back on the shelves. That is how I ended up with a used juicer. And, they can review my record with the store and see I do not buy and return. Nonetheless, here again, the retailer pulls out the rule book when it comes to not giving the customer the benefit, but no mention was made as to how they will prevent used product from going back on the shelves. Shame on you Tuesday Morning and shame on you Tammy, District Manager, for hiding behind the telephone and not even considering the fact that cheating a customer out of $ 80, will result in loss of thousands of dollars in revenue from the customer. Customers have options. Target, Kmart, Walmart and any number of discount stores with great sales. Customers also have the right to express there experiences via online media, direct to you, the BBB, etc., which I plan to do.

Clean, organized, helpful staff & good variety of options. I enjoy just strolling around. They always have great finds on the aisle end caps. Parking is plentiful & easy. Great baby section, rugs, décor, frames, note cards, décor boxes & more! They also have a Perks plan if you are interested.

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Nice clean, brightly lit store. Narrow items packed with great deals on everything from pictures and home furnishings to toys to bed sheets to stationary to candles to suitcases to wallets. I like coming here to find good deals. Found a set of queen bed sheets, 600 thread count, for $ 50. Very nice.
