My kind of place, more of a rock bar. Pool tables, shuffle board, darts, etc… fair price for drinks, free popcorn and a guy that sells tamales there! legit! very laid back bar, not too crowded either.

Darts, pool, and shuffle board. The staff is awesome and the prices are good. If you’re looking for a club or the place to be seen, it ain’t for you. If you’re looking for a hole in the wall neighborhood bar, it’s the perfect place with all ages. Regulars are nice and the fresh popcorn is nice It is a little smokey but it’s a bar. There are plenty of smoke free places around but at that point you might as well get a beer at chili’s.

Okay bar. Super super smoky with little to no ventilation, so be prepared to leave smelling like an ashtray. Cool staff though and never very busy, but I won’t be back due to the potent cloud of smoke lingering in the bar.

Great neighborhood pub. Texas craft brewed beer. Free shuffleboard on a long table. Two seven foot pool tables. Excellent service from the bartenders(and very easy to look at, except that dude who also is a really good bartender). And happy hours every day. It’s an excellent neighborhood pub that deserves to succeed. Strongly suggest you try it.

Electronic Darts, Saturday night live music and the best craft beers in the neighborhood! Bartenders who really pay attention to you. Great staff, entertainment every night, sports playing on the overhead televisions. Always a great crowd regardless of the time of day.

Draft beers are local but a bit pricey for the size of glass mug you get. Environment is so so been to better bars.

I will never be here again. I came here with my fiancé and some friends to do karaōke on monday night. The karaōke guy, Robert, is very wonderful but I would rather go see him at one of the other bars he does karaōke at. The bartender does not know how to make simple drinks and got very rude with me when I told her that she made my drink wrong. She told me that she would remake it but she would have to charge me for the alcohol that she used in the drink she made wrong. Why would you charge me for YOUR mistake?

Great place. very good beer selections. I think its great they have mostly just Houston Based craft beers on tap only. Others in bottles only. Bartenders and Waitress staff were also great.

So much like any good west coast transplant I found myself restless, looking for a local watering hole to meet my new neighbors and have a taste of the local brew. I stumbled across Two Mules Tavern by accident as I was aimlessly wandering and I’m glad the wind blew me in their direction. It looks like a nice bar, clean and friendly(that’s saying a lot seeing how since I got here from San Diego I’ve heard nothing but bad things about the night life) with a welcoming crowd. The local brews were on tap and bottled. The bartenders were happy to see me and introduce me to the local beers and I have to say it was pretty damn good. The experience feels like a place were you can easily become a regular. The night I came in was a slow night but i’ll be sure to return on a busy night to see how it is with a packed crowd. For now, I’m happy that I’ve found my watering hole. I plan on making this a frequent stop. Now I just need to find out if they have food. Stay tuned for updates!
