I took my comforter to be cleaned and it came with pink spots. I took it back and they said they would fix it. when I went to get it, they made it worst! they used a bleach on it and they messed up the brown in it! so I talked to the owner or manager, and he wouldn’t do anything about it. is in their «policy». i would have been content if he would have gave me half of what I paid for it. horrible customer service. never going back there.

They keep smashing and breaking the buttons on my dress shirts. I spoke to the manager several times about it, and all they could say is they don’t keep spare/​replacement buttons in stock. If that’s so, please stop breaking them in the first place. Their prices are also a little higher than other single location dry cleaners in Spring.

Universal Cleaners ruined my wife’s brand new $ 100 dress. Okay, I understand this type of stuff happens but then they refused to replace the full value of the BRAND NEW dress! It was only worn once. Instead, Universal Cleaners said they have an internal policy where they will only replace up to 10 times the amount they charge to clean the garment! In other words, they won’t sufficiently reimburse their customers for ANY of the garments they ruin. Proceed with caution, the owner is rude and will not take responsibility.
