Vapor Cafe

I had a little different impression than what I see a lot of others had in their reviews.
Upon entering, I was greeted in very friendly manner. The person even brought me a cold bottle of water which was a very nice touch. So no complaints there.
However, the selection of products was very limited compared to other shops I’ve been to and the juices (made in-​house) were all behind a [tall] counter and not readily accessible except when handed to you one at a time — that is… if you even know what to ask for.
The «menu» of flavors was limited to a few pages of 6 – 8 flavors each, but beyond that they were not very informative to me (picture of a bowl of ice cream, chocolate, etc.).
The front of the establishment seemed to be more of an extension on one’s patio than a retail store or «café» with used newspapers, outdoor furniture and an eclectic collection of indoor/​outdoor plants.
There was no further conversing with me about why I was there or what I was looking for. In fact it was a long, uncomfortable silence as I thumbed through the menu pages as she watched silently.
So all in all, a very nice person but in my personal opinion, not a place for beginners who may just now be considering vaping or vaping products and may need a little coaching /​educating.
My advise would be to kick up the customer service a few notches by offering, guidance, popular flavors, latest products, etc. Perhaps just asking if the customer was new to vaping would open up a path of dialog that would result in a sale at the very least, and a loyal customer at the most.

No matter if you are a veteran or first time vapor, this is the best place to go hands down! Always accommodating, super clean and upbeat, they have it right. Their products are more than quality and their juices are amazing. They make it so easy to understand and offer a rewards program that is pretty good too. It is hard to shy away from them and well worth the 20 minute drive for me. I recommend them to everyone I know and have nothing but love and respect for them! Keep up the good work guys!

The flavors aren’t bad but the prices are. They advertise buy 2 bottles get 1 free. The 30 ml bottle is $ 30. Yes $ 30. That’s more than premium juices that aren’t made over the counter like at this local shop. The flavors aren’t bad but they aren’t $ 30 good. Even with the «free» bottle, that’s $ 20 a bottle. I would go elsewhere. Forever vapes just down the road has way better prices.

Ok, so i been vaping for a good 6 months now.
I been to many vape shops around the area, this one has a wide variety of ejuice and as i read on other reviews, these guys wing every thing when it comes to making your juice. Yeah the juice taste good and all, the people are friendly but i have to say this place is very expensive. I mean who charges $ 30.00 for a 30ML ejuice?!
That’s way beyond any vape shop i been too, max i seen them for is 12 — 15 bucks a 30ml.
yeah everything they use is claimed to be made in the USA, Italy or Holland, but so are other shops, they have almost no knowledge of the different types of mods.
All I have to say is they need to step down on their prices big time, im no longer going back to this place as long as the prices are high.

I was excited to see this vapor shop open as it would brand new in a nice neighborhood. When I finally got a chance to go in I was equally excited as the store was clean, the staff friendly, and a seemingly endless supply of eliquid to choose from. Although all of the above is true and they are super friendly, I have three problems with this store. 1. They only mix their own liquids. With that you cannot try other brands or even inquire about them. 2. See number one but add that I witnessed them mixing some for a «regular» customer by hand with no gloves and no measurements. She was winging the whole thing. Now I am not saying that the mix was bad as it wasn’t mine but personally I want some hygiene practices in play and want to know the exact ingredients that will be entering my lungs. I fully understand that many shops mix their own eliquids and I have seen it done but never have I seen someone «eyeball it» and the others are always sanitary. 3. They really don’t have a good understanding of advanced mods or vaping a a whole. When you ask specific questions you are told things like «oh yes, this works good».
In short, a nice shop if you don’t mind their own eliquids being mixed willy nilly, and have no interest in premium liquids or mods. I understand why the liquid is so cheap now…

I accompanied a friend here on a lunch break and I’m really glad I did. This place has a varied assortment of really tasty flavors that they mix/​bottle right in front of you. Almost everything I tried was pretty good. The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. We were approached with complementary beverages at the «bar» as we were sampling all of the flavors. I felt as if I was a very welcomed guest in their home.
A young man named Moe mixed us up the flavors of our choosing — I definitely recommend the «Fuzzy Moe» and «Crazy Fruit».
I also noticed that they have hookah — I’ll definitely be back here to lounge and enjoy that next time.
Also– their restrooms are very clean ;) Sounds silly, but I know someone out there is going to appreciate that side-​note haha.

This place is a good place for those who aren’t going for the high end stuff. The customer service is great. Only thing that bothered me when I was looking at mechanical mods, they don’t really know what’s real and what’s a clone. They only seem to carry clones. But they helped me drill holes for my RDA and actually provided me with a free wire for it. I would recommend this place though.

Great place to try new flavors, but!
The flavors you taste in the location and the flavor you take home are often different. It doesn’t appear they have a system to sustain the same mix all the time. Other issue is it appears they use 100% VG which makes it like syrup.

Having been to vape shops both here and in CA as well as ordering online, I have to say, THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!
They are family owned an operated, quality products and customer service that is second to none! Their flavors are fantastic, as is their setup to sample any flavor you’d like to try.

We’re new to vaping and stopped by Vapor Café for some juice and some info. So glad we did! Madison and Hanah (the owner) were super helpful. They were so patient letting us try all kinds of juices, tanks, and mods. They mix their own juices right in front of you, lots of flavors and tons of merchandise. I left there more informed and with some awesome goodies. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much Hanah and Madison :)
