This Walgreens is the WORST… I have contacted their corporate office to no avail. They are painfully understaffed. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to call them, go thru the drive thru or go inside, you will wait a very long time. People drive off because they have waited so long at the drive thru. I was on hold 20 minutes last night, then got disconnected, called back, waited another 10 min and finally hung up after waiting so long. We have been a customer of Walgreens for a long time in Matthews, NC which was a well oiled machine… expecting the same great service when we moved to Spring TX in October, I have been shocked how the corporate office continues to under-staff this location!!!

The pharmacy at this location is always slow and never has enough people working. My doctor called in a prescription hours before I came to pick it up and when I get here they haven’t even bothered to check the messages and then they made me wait an additional 30 minutes! I’m switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Great pharmacist. I came to pick up something for a family member, and asked a few questions, and this pharmacist went ABOVE and BEYOND to answer my questions and point me in the right direction to give me even more assistance w/the things I had asked her about. I have never been to a pharmacy and had someone show so much genuine interest, concern, desire to help. Those are the type of employees that make a business. I’d go back there just for my experience w/her!
