Called to make appointment, but didn’t show up. Then the rep. call back to make another appointment. Stephen came to our home site but never returned or replied for an estimate. We called and left few messages for them but they never return our messages. Don’t waste your time on this company.

We can not say enough good things about Western Patio Company and Stephen Chamberlain. We got quotes from several other patio companies and liked his professionalism and personal attention to detail that he put into our project. He didn’t give us a cookie cutter proposal — he put a lot of thought and creativity into creating a design that would work well for our home and his prices were very reasonable.
The finished project is amazing! Everyone who sees it says it looks like it’s out of a magazine and the quality of the materials and workmanship is very apparent. We highly recommend him and definitely plan to use him again in the future!
