Many many years ago, when I worked in the Lake Robbins area, I would come to Which Wich once a week for lunch. They have the best gyro sandwich in the area– delicious! However, I have to knock two stars off my review for them because of the Winter Incident of 2009. That fateful winter day, I brought the rest of my family to Which Wich for lunch, because they had never tried it before. Each family member got a different sandwich, I got my usual gyro. They munched happily on their sandwiches, unaware of the impending doom that awaited them twenty minutes later. When they arrived at home, they were struck with a diabolical spell of debilitating indigestion, cramps, and worse. To be polite, I’ll just say that there were no vacancies in the bathrooms that afternoon and evening. Strangely enough I was unaffected, perhaps because I had slowly built up my immunity towards whatever pathogen was passed into the sandwiches. While I come by Which Wich on occasion, the rest of my family has designated it as a no-fly zone, and that is why I can only give this place 3⁄5 stars.

Love the sandwiches and myriad of fresh ingredient choices. I will not be back at this location because of the appalling service. Incredibly rude. It was so bad, I cancelled my order and took my $ 60+ right down the road to another restaurant where they treated me very well.

Good subs. Better than subway. Slightly better than firehouse. I dig the thanksgiving sub

I like whichwich sandwiches but they’re not worth the price. Last time I went here, the sandwich came out super soggy. I’m not sure why the turkey was so slimy but the sandwich wouldn’t stay together because it was so wet. They weren’t packed well into the bread either, all of the toppings were out of the sandwich when I unrolled the paper. I’ve never had this problem before here so I’m hoping it was one new employee was still trying to get the hand of it. Also, the parking situation sucks.

I got sick after the sloppy way they prepared my salad. I didn’t order hot peppers on my salad and they even have me back my bag with my salad so I could prove that wasn’t supposed to be there. I also didn’t order avocado which was supposed to cost extra. It was either that they didn’t fully clean their utensils from one sandwich to my salad or that they just didn’t read my bag and put whatever looked good in it, either way it was unacceptable. It didn’t help that the parking is bad too. I actually enjoy which which, but not this location, unless you want to get sick from sloppy handling of food.

I normally like which wich but the past two times have not been good. I do love the set up, I like all the options available but absolutely do NOT recommend the Reuben sandwich. It was awful. The meat was full of stretchy things and it was just not good. The sauerkraut was little too pungent for me. The birds outside seemed ok with it… I will def go back cuz it’s my grandsons fav sandwich place but will not order the corned beef ever again.

Yeah they’re kind of slow, but as long as you’re not in a hurry, it’s a fun sandwich place where you mark your ingredients in the bag they put the sandwich when they’re done making it. Very convenient if you’re staying at the Marriott right next door. I like the kid with the British accent. He really seems to enjoy working there.

Took nearly an hour to have a sandwich made at this shop. I can have a real meal at a sit down restaurant and be back to work in less time than it took them to make my sandwich during a «Lunch Rush». I will never use this location again. You will notice, however, a whole heck of a lot of advertising their«Order Online» concept. Likely because it takes them 45 minutes to an hour to make a small sub sandwich. SKIPIT.

I’ve tried to bring last minute catering business to this place twice and the manager, Cory, has told me that he has to have 24 hours notice to make no more than 10 boxed lunches. Additionally, this dude has an attitude and no understanding of customer service and he’s rude. I will not dine at this location or bring any business there.

This is my favorite Which Which! I’ve only been to a couple, but this one is for sure the best. The people are friendly, its clean and when I got a Unilocal check-in offer, they made sure to give me the best deal possible. Today I went in and got a vegetarian«artichoke sandwich.» I’m not a vegetarian, but they are amazing! I love that you can pick whichever ingredients you want. The only«extra» I got was avocado and I could barely close my sandwich. They are not skimpy with ingredients like some other places. Anyways, good job guys! Thanks for all of the delicious sandwiches!

One of the best sandwich places I’ve ever ate at there Turkey or chicken sandwiches are really good. Get your sandwich toasted! I’ve tried there shrimp poboy as well it was good but def not a new Orleans poboy! The employees here are really nice & friendly. More employees should have the same attitude.

I love sandwiches. Which wich’s sandwiches rank high enough on my list of sandwich chains that I was excited to find out that there’s one near my work. I’ve been to this location a few times now. the prices are fine, the sandwiches are generally pretty good, but the service is so slow. When there’s a line out the door for a dinner place I generally think that it’s a high quality dinner place. When there’s a line out the door for a lunch place I think they aren’t managing the operations right. I waited 10 minutes in line to order my sandwich and I’m waiting now to get my sandwich. I expect total wait time will be 20 – 25 minutes. For a pretty-good sandwich. Plus, the guy at the register said that they’re usually busier than this. So, figure it out guys. I’d love to come here more often, but the service is much too slow at lunch. Sandwich is here. 15 minute wait after I ordered.

This is the only Which Wich I’ve been to, and I must say I’m not impressed. While I enjoy the process of customizing my sandwich on their paper sheets and watching my sandwich make its rounds, I found the sandwich itself to be quite subpar. I would much rather go to Quiznos! I really wanted to enjoy it, but I’ve been here twice with no change.

Pretty good food. This place is themed just like Potbelly’s a little bit and the sandwich looked like it too. But the taste was perhaps one step below Potbelly’s. They have a very unique ordering system. Completely throws off a first time customer. But I can see how it’s efficient.

My first visit to a Which Wich. I’d seen then before and wanted to visit, but hadn’t had the opportunity. The sandwich was pretty good. but only as good as you make it! The service seemed a bit slow as it took about 5 minutes to get my sandwich out. This may be normal, not really sure. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendsly.

Meh, when I first started going here, I loved it, but then I realized that this is: Harder to get to More expensive than Smaller portions than If you want a decent sandwich and annoying ass parking to get to it. Go for it. I haven’t been back for probably 6 months to a year. Would go back for friends, but would push for Potbelly’s first.

This is the second Which Which I’ve tried, and I have to draw the same conclusions. Clever concept. You fill out a form describing the sandwich you want. In theory, there shouldn’t be any errors, and you can plainly see what ingredients are available. But it’s not perfect; this time after I waited about ten minutes, a staff member came to tell me they were out of caramelized onions… but they had regular onions. Makes you wonder whether those caramelized onions are cooked in-house. Fair execution. Sandwiches are warm, but they’re not as tasty as those from the Quiznos or Schlotzkey’s chains. Two different breads, both generic. Poor value. You end up with the equivalent of a small Subway sandwich, and the cost out the door with a drink is over $ 7. That’s simply too expensive for what you get.
