I have lived in the Dayton area all my life, even worked at a Cassano’s in my early 20’s. Loved them then (1970’s). The restaurant in Springboro makes the best pizzas to date that I have tried. Thin crust, crispy and brown on the bottom, no black oven dregs on the bottom. We always get pepperoni, mushroom and banana peppers, their peppers and onions seem to be reconstituted dried vegetables so we don’t get those on our pie. Best Cassano’s in this area, now if they would remodel this store it would even be better.

Like many others, I have enjoyed Cassanos for years and years. A couple of times a year I will remember to order something to go while I’m in the area, as there aren’t many close to my house.
This past week Kim Sizemore talked me into getting an order to take home after we just finished dinner. We had the deluxe special and it was flippin’ fantastic!
After I finished, the proof was in my house smelling like farts.
