«Heather» at the front desk, the woman you have to call to schedule an appointment or ask about your prescription or do anything, is RUDE. She is the gatekeeper and she is the meanest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. EVER. I tried to keep Dr. Khosla as my doctor when I moved to LA (because I liked him so much, sadly) and there was an incident recently in which I was told they would be liable if he did not see me every year. Well, nobody told me that. I’m fine with finding a doctor out here if it’s too hard, I just wish the situation would have been handled differently (maybe with some compassion? maybe?). So one star, because I am mad and I’ve been yelled at and treated badly and it’s not even 10 AM.
