I have been a long time customer, long before the era of «ordering on-line» — and I’ve returned time and time again for my speaker driver and system repair needs. I can’t recall ever having a shortage in an order, and items are always very well packed and padded for safe delivery.
The one time I did have a problem with an item (not the fault of Parts Express), customer service was excellent and went beyond my expectations.
One of these days, I really want to visit in person. But in the mean time, they do an excellent job of packing, and charge a fair price for shipping. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! I ordered over $ 1,000 worth of parts and 1 woofer showed up damaged (voice coil rubbing). I called Parts Express and was able to arrange exchanging the part immediately. This is the kind of customer service I wish all companies offered because it has been an absolute pleasure working with Parts-Express. I have been ordering parts from PE for years and plan to continue ordering more parts.

These guys sent me the wrong parts and then they were not that helpful over the phone and finally to make matters worse they were VERY slow at processing my return and refund. If you can buy elsewhere, I’d recommend it.

Best place to get anything and everything! I could live in this store! Check out their website. Walk in their showroom and you get tons of ideas of stuff to do to your house or car. Great gear, great prices. Excellent staff really helps figure things out. Free popcorn too!

Great store! All sorts of electronic accessories at much lower prices than radio shacks and other similar stores. If you don’t feel like driving there, you can still shop for everything they have online. My only complaint is that the store is farther away from me now. It was much nicer when they still had their satellite store in Mendelson’s in downtown Dayton
