Took 6 weeks, 3 trips to fix a broken agitator hub. Tried to charge me for parts that they failed to diagnose when given quote to fix. Quoted $ 215+tx. Charged $ 240+tx. Wanted to charge $ 305+tx. Had another washer in complex break with same issue. I ordered parts online for $ 80 and fixed myself in less than 10 minutes. No kidding. Less than 10 minutes. Won’t use again.

Not recommended. What an epic fail. The company was sent to us by Lowe’s and was unable to diagnose a major leak in a brand new Whirlpool fridge. The second time they think the got it right, but confusion erupted when they tried to charge us for coming out the third time at the 3pm-5pm slot. Lowe’s ended up threatening them about the charge and we were forced to use a different company to fix it. This was due to their«liability» with Lowe’s. I spoke to the owner of the company by phone and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. The one star is for the technician that came out. He was super nice and all appologies about not finding the problem.

I’ve used these guys twice — once to repair an ice machine that I brought in, and once for a service call to fix my washer. Both times I’ve been satisfied with the workmanship and the prices. When I called about the washer it took a while to get the appointment, but when I had to reschedule the arrival time, the day before the appointment, they were very accommodating. And since I ended up having to pay for a whole service call just to unclog the washer pump, the tech was really nice about showing me how to do it myself when I asked, and was very friendly, which I appreciated.
