Very unprofessional! They scheduled us for two movers for two hours for a cross town move. The morning of the move, they called my husband to tell him that only one person was available and that it sounded more like a two person job so they would not be able to do it. AWFUL. Left us in a bind with no movers on the one day that my husband could get off work. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. SOMEONE WHO WILL ACTUALLY SHOW UP.

These are the single worst movers I’ve ever experienced. I used them over a year ago and am writing the review now because I’ve been waiting to try to resolve the damages that occurred. This moving company broke several pieces of furniture, left a mattress on the lawn while it rained, and put an 8″ scratch on the front of my stainless steel refrigerator. I’ve been trying to get them to replace the refrigerator door for the last 14 months to no avail, as the owner never once returned my phone call. The movers fought amongst themselves, and at one point the driver let their truck slip out of gear and roll across the street and into the neighbors yard before the driver even realized it. I highly recommend you do NOT use this company.

Very polite and professional movers. Richard and his guys moved a baby grand piano for me. They were very timely and gave me a super competitive rate for moving. I will use his company again. I highly recommend All Star Moving.

Very unprofessional … The first time I hired them they were 2 hours late… But since I had changed the appointment I gave them the benefit of the doubt for my next move. Well they didn’t bother to call and let me know they weren’t coming 3 hours after my move was suppose to happen and several calls they were kind enough to text back saying they were sick and decided today wouldn’t work. wOw this was an out of state move and I had to be out that day no play!
